Yes. As long as there is a way to remove the cover in case an inspection is needed - they don’t have any issue. I traveled recently with the covers and there wasn’t a problem.

I bought mine too big and it got tangled up in the wheels and destroyed. It stretches so measure carefully. Would buy a little smaller
