Assigns to Galaxy A12 Android as K1.It is a good earpiece and sits in the ear Perfectly.Clear and loud enough for most environments.The earpiece is a nice bit of kit, the only downside to these types of earpieces is that they can be knocked out the ear quite easily, as opposed to the flush mount earpieces that sit and encircle the ear close to the head.Cannot understand some reviews that the earpiece wasn't loud enough. Either the user is deaf, or volumes are not set correctly on the device connected to the earpiece.All round does the job and it's nice to be able to move around hands-free.If the evidence is out there about cell phone usage and how close to your head and its alleged effects upon the brain, then an earpiece such as this design would be best suited to the job of in some way protecting you. This earpiece sits comfortably in the ear and comes with an extra loop and different sizes of earbud. Easy to operate for those not that technically minded! Good value for money, does what I need it to re receiving calls and also pings in ear when messages received.

I like this product. Clear reception and decent battery life. The only thing is that I have small ear canals and the ear piece feels a little loose despite the alternative plugs the set has. I like the case that came with it.

Sound quality is great, very comfortable in the ear and works perfectly.

I really like this device cos it fits really nicely in my ears, like a glove fits the hands. Unfortunately, it's got some static noises, moment u switch it on and insert in your ear, you hear it. Call receivers on the other end say it had these noises but I really like this little thing, it's so nice, portable, light, plays music very well and music sound is 👌🏼 so I'm keeping it anyway. I know it may disappoint with call making, or maybe not but let's see. I'll use it to be playing musing at work and at home too. It's not a reliable product but I've just decided to sacrifice that money, £17.99, just because I like the design 😃. Unless of course it becomes so bad then I'll have no choice but the manufacturers should really improve this device to meet customers' need and expectation better 🤷🏻‍♀️. Can't they hear all these complaints about static noises?

The audio is awful. My end call when i use this has a hissing sound, whether i am in a quiet place or not. Though, the design fit in to my ear, and it’s the reason why i choose this. A waste for money, as i will dispose this.
