Nature's Bounty Calcium 1200 Mg. Plus Vitamin D3, 240 Softgels (2 X 120 Count Bottles)

I had a bone density scan showing bone loss. My Dr. advised 1200 Calcium 1000 Vit D. I was very happy to find these soft capsules with the exact prescription on Amazon. Great price. One a day. Easy to swallow and no stomach upset, which were my major concerns. I'll follow up with another exam and lab work in 90 days and report back!

These are fairly large capsules, but not at all difficult to swallow. The smooth outside coating makes them easy to swallow. As I began to get older I started having painful muscle spasms. After I brgan taking just one capsule per day the muscle spasms have almost entirely been eliminated!

I have taken calcium supplements at the doctor's recommendation for a number of years. I like the Nature's County Calcium because it is the right dosage, easy to take and the right price.

Product is easy to swallow even though the pills are extremely large. Haven't taken them long enough to see any results. As no fault of theirs one bottle was damage during delivery. I now have to contact customer service where I feel Leagacy should have fixed the problem.

Even though1000mg capsule instead of 500mg tablet, it is easier to swallow and with no flavor or grainy texture. If swallowing larger capsules, there may be an issue for some. It doesn't bother me.
