It inflates well (my husband used a bike pump to inflate), but it wasn't until after he got everything inflated that he noticed the volleyball net feature was missing the attached strap. It wasn't loose in the box...it was a defective product. You need the strap to ensure that the hoop stays taught and doesn't lean inwards. Unfortunately, we missed the return window by 7 days as I bought it March 31, but didn't get it out of the box to use until May 7, and the return window date ended May 1. So, we will have to jimmy-rig something. Also, it comes with 2 weight bags, and we are not really sure how to use them or where. Nothing is pictured with them, and there are no instructions in the box. So, if it hadn't been for the defect and missing the return window, I would have given this item more stars. That's what I get for buying a product too long in advance for when I'm actually going to use it, I suppose.

This product is easy to inflate and is made of good material. My kids love it and we will get plenty of use out of this . The item arrived without a net but after contacting the seller they were prompt in sending out a new one ! I would recommend this product and give the customer service 5/5 !

Excited to get this package however it did not come with a net !! Very strange as we was wanting to play this today at a family bbq.
