My sister lent me her coleman extreme coolers and I had to get my own. After some searching I found that this was the best deal at about $50CAD whereas in stores it was selling for $70-80 CAD.The cooler itself is a great size (not too big so it wont take up a lot of space) it is quite portable and comfortable to carry as well being great at keeping things cold. The lid automatically closes which helps it keep the cold, but keep that in mind when loading. It also double as a great seat or table top.

I love this cooler. My wife and I used it on our boat for the entire 2014 season. It held up well. Sure, it may not have the most robust hinge made, but if it is treated well, it should perform well for many years. We like this size, because it can hold a 5 pound block of ice and keep a great deal of food cold for two days. It makes a great seat or table for holding drinks, yet its low profile is ideal for storage on a small boat like ours. I highly recommend it.11/03/17 update—For those of you interested in buying this product and worry about it’s durability, I can attest that after using it heavily for three seasons, it is as sturdy as it was when I purchased it. Not only that, it really keeps the food cold for about 2 days in warm weather. It has been a perfect size for picnics or for boating.06/13/19 update. — no changes to report. Durability of the robust hinge is excellent and we remain very well pleased with its quality and functionality.

Product is good however in states like that of Delhi (India) where temp are generally soaring, in my car it keep bottles cold at chilled temp for 3-4 hrs only when my SUV is parked in the open parking. This container can keep 2litres bottle straight upright(7-8bottles). HOwever for good performance better keep ice packets at the bottom and then keep the pre-chilled bottles, then it may last for 7-10hrs upright, and if possible try to keep the container in some where shaded area and covered by some materials (means to say avoid sunlight AND heat on it). rest performance is so so..best for long distance travel with family, can be accomodated in the trunk of car or at rear of SUV. Cons: carrying handle is weak dont carry with handle when fully loaded..

Parfait quand on cherche une glacière d appoint , pas trop grosse et pas trop petite, se transporte facilement , poignée confortable ! Pas encore assez testé pour confirmer son efficacité pour garder le froid , mais pour le moment semble convenable.
