Great diffuser! We use P & J Trading essential oils because they work the best. The diffuser puts out a powerful mist and scent, which is great for large rooms. The LED lights are a nice feature and can be turned off if not needed. I recommend it for your house or as a gift.

I bought one of these diffusers last year for my dog grooming shop, and I loved it so much I bought another in January for my home. I had only used my home one about 6 times when the buttons stopped working ( the one at my shop gets used daily)I reached out to see what Jack and Rose could do for me. WHAT OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent a screenshot of my order info.And a video showing the problem.And they had a replacement in the mail in one day! Jaina, the customer service representative that assisted me was prompt and professional with her email follow up, and Made sure put the transaction was handled smoothly and that I was informed on when the new replacement was coming.Great job!

Giving it 4 stars because it does its job however I often find it beeping at me when I try to turn it on and then it just turns off. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to start working again, this happens after a day or two but when I first got it I didn't have any issues. It is very quiet with a slight water sound. I appreciate the option of the lights and being able to choose one specific color you want on and not being stuck with the rainbow. It holds quite a bit of water and lasts for a while. I appreciate the option of changing the out put on the mist, so you can have it push more out or less obviously if you've got it cranked up the water level decreases pretty quickly. I usually leave mine on the lowest setting and it works perfectly on putting the scent out. It's light weight, small enough on my counter and doesn't take up too much space. I don't usually use the timer setting I just have it set to on but I'm sure the timer works as intended. As for the value for money I'd say it's worth it, it hasn't completely quit out on me and I've had it for a year or two and it's still working. Other reviews I've read said other machines stopped working all together after a month or three months. I would recommend this item because it holds a fair amount of water and you don't need to constantly refill it and it's still working unlike other machines.

It works wonderfully. There's plenty of "smoke" that comes out, has a slight noise of the water droplets, and the cleaning instructions are very easy to follow and understand. Love the color, the timer works great, and it runs amazing. 10/10 will buy from this company again 👍

Packaged pretty well. The instructions detailed how to put the legs on it- buy mine came with the legs on so that tells me they are continuously updating their product. Had it for 2 weeks, no issues, super cute, love it for my pink bathroom.

I bought 2 of these in the past and the same problem occurs each time. After about a year of use, the lid gets swollen and does not fit the reservoir. This causes the mist to come out all around the edges of the lid and eventually pool water on my table. I like this product otherwise and looks great. But this must be a manufacturer defect since this happened on both units. Hence the 3-stars.

Love the style of this one. Love the different color settings you can use and the different lengths of time you can set it to. I got my first one and it worked well for about two weeks then suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company (Jaina was who I was in contact with and they were absolutely amazing) that were quick to respond. They gave me some cleaning tips to try and the tips worked but only for a short period of time. I contacted Jaina again and they quickly sent me a brand new one at no cost to me. So far the new one is working very well. I’m not sure what happened to the first one but I do recommend being very careful with how you clean it as recommended and do as they tell you to. I only gave it 4 stars as I think it shouldn’t have messed up so quickly. I would give many many more stars to the customer service tho and to Jaina in particular as they were so very quick and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will buy more products.
