Q: Can these be cut to use in smaller areas?

I cut it up into three strips and applied it in three different areas.

Q: How long does it take for it to go from cold to hot?

It never felt hot they did not help me or stick good!!

Q: How many hours does one patch last

I wear the patch on the bottom of my feet as I suffer from Fasciitis. I put it on in the morning and then a sock so wear it all day long. Right away it feels so good and is satisfactory the rest of the day but come 5PM relief is gone. I would imagine the pressure of the foot helps. I would give the patch a 8 for my purposes but don't know what its like being used on other parts of body.
