Hi Crystal. Manufacturers suggested dosage is as follows: "Suggested Use - Shake well. Add 1 teaspoon to a large glass of juice, sports drink, or other beverage before, during, and after strenuous activity to help maintain healthy electrolyte levels in the body for improved performance and fewer muscle cramps. Can also be used to help prevent night muscle cramps. Store at room temperature." To answer your 2nd question, you can always take too much of anything, but if you're extra deleted of electrolytes it's fine to take a few doses a day. When mixed with your choice of drink, you've essentially created a "sports drink". A much better version of Gatorade if you will. So think of it in those terms as to how many sports drinks you'd consume in a day. Over consumption might result in a softening of the stool.

Q: If I have a gallon of distilled water, how much of the 40,000 Volts should I be putting in that gallon?

There is a video i saw the other day on the MEGAHOME distiller and that guy said 2 TBS. I thought THAT was too much as these trace minerals etc are SALTY in their concentrated form. I would try 1 TBS, shake the gallon bottle to distribute. Pour a small glass and drink it. IF you cannot taste it at all after the 2nd glass (Shake container EACH time), then i would add a 2nd TBS...and repeat

Q: Cancer warning label (white sticker).....really?

In California state any product sold must either go through their private labs and be certified not to contain any cancer causing elements or be labeled with a warning that it may contain cancer causing elements! That's even if the product contains nothing harmful at all. Warning just means that their state did not test it personally!
