Cardo Systems Scala Rider G4 Powerset

I have a full-faced Scorpion helmet (roughly $200), and this unit fits it perfectly. I attached the speakers without using the supplied adhesives, as the velcro on the speakers works well. The communicators works very well at 100km/hr, as does the phone. I use an Iphone 3GS, and I firmly believe that the Iphone capabilities are perfect for the headset, and that not having an Iphone would take away from the experience. For example: the iphone can transmit music via bluetooth to the headseat, meaning I am listening to my iphone that is in my pocket with no cords connecting it to the headset, obviously it works for phone as well, and I can use the voice command feature for my iphone by pressing a button on the headset, which allows me to call whomever I want, or select any album or playlist on my phone. I used the voice command to call a friend while travelling at 100km/hr speeds, and it worked almost perfectly. He would not have known I was on the motorcycle.Downsides: 1)headset audio quality is effective, but lacks the low-end bass. It does not affect communication, but I am a sound quality junky and the thin speakers don't live up to my usual standards. 2)The headset buttons can be a pain in rush-hour traffic, as the left hand must be taken off the clutch/handlebars to operate it. This doesn't affect call answering/communication because these can be answered by voice, and don't require a button. 3) Beware of who you buy these units from, and read the small print. This is more of a seller point than a product point, but I was treated horribly when I stated that I didn't think the non-wired (normal) version would be less suited to my full-face helmet, and that I would prefer the wired (often used for ski-doos) version that I wrongly believed was necessary for a full face helmet. After receiving no reply to my email for weeks, I called them to see what was going on, and I was ignored and tangled in fine-print that they have burried in their website. This was all after I had purchased the unit, and they had my money; they obviously had no motivation beyond the finances... Point being, read the fine print BEFORE purchasing, and choose a company that has good reviews that INCLUDE GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT, so as to avoid the lengthy frustrations that I needed to deal with before actually taking my product out of the box.All things considered, this unit is amazing. It takes a couple of tries to get the mic placement right, but that is to be expected. I have installed two units on two full-faced helmets, and they were both very simple. They are also easily removed, assuming one doesn't use the optional adhesive which generally won't be needed. Refer to youtube videos for reviews for further info on product and install, and try to find user reviews not reviews by sellers of the products.
