I'm 70 years old and was in need of a great quality vitamin, one that would include things like Vit D and iron. This has everything I need in one capsule a day. I was able to eliminate two other vitamins I was taking. No after taste and didn't bother my stomach. It might be a little more than off the shelf at Walmart but totally worth it.

I read reviews of everyone saying their multivitamin was turning moldy. I noticed similar coloration in my multivitamin after a few weeks so I reached out to product support. This is a normal process for this product. I wonder about the efficacy of this product. It is very expensive and when I open the capsule to drop the vitamins and minerals into my blender it is often very dry and in large chunks. Yes I understand that things can dry out. I live in AZ not very wet here. Additionally, they are kept in the pantry with the moister extractor intact. Are not capsules meant to be opened Pure?

These work great but taste and smell is almost unbearable. I almost throw up each morning after taking these, there so nasty. It will make your pee neon yellow and smell incredibly bad but the benefits are all there. These do give you a boost in the morning if you can keep it down. I'll recommend this product but be forewarned about taste and smell. Try a strong flavored fruit juice like grape or cranberry juice to take them so taste isn't so bad. I'm not a coffee drinker but it would work to. You've been warned ⚠️.
