Powerful and easy to use
Love the ease of use and cordless power; not too heavy to hold. Kind of a challenge to clean but worth it so far as its cleaning ability.

LOVE THIS! Game changer for an elderly dog, puppy, baby or anyone messy!
I bought this for my elderly dog who didn't always have control over her bodily functions. She passed away about 6 months ago and we have since gotten a puppy we went through potty training with. Let me tell you, this was a game changer for us. It is always ready to go with the premixed solution in its tank. It's cordless so you just unplug and go! No cords, no separate water/solution mix, no big heavy machine to haul out to use for a 6" spot and then clean and put away. Then once you've cleaned the area, pop off the small bottom container, dump out and then rinse. Easy peasy!I have found it cleans extremely well even removing old stains that the big carpet cleaner couldn't remove! I haven't had a problem with it not sucking the water out of the carpet. It's not any worse than a regular carpet cleaner.I haven't had a problem with the battery giving out even when the unit hasn't been plugged in for a couple weeks. I would use several times each day for our elderly dog without charging in between. I never even got close to running out of battery juice. The premixed cleaner isn't really cheap but you don't go through it too fast because you're just spot cleaning. There were 2 little bottles included in the package. I'm sure other company's products would work but I found the Bissell stuff to work really, really well so it's worth it to me to get the ickiness out the first time! You can use this for more than just pet messes. Pice of chocolate that got ground in? It'll take that out. The infamous "Not Me" person wipe their Cheeto hands on the carpet? Use this. Your kid pukes on the floor? Yep, that come out too. Muddy shoe or paw prints by the door? You've got it covered! Best of all it's no more work than if you had to get the hand vac out to clean up cracker crumbs!

Great product - DOES LEAK
I recently rescued am Amish dog about 6 months ago. She struggles with accidents in the house so we bought this to clean up any areas where she has peed. This is my only experience using this product. For cleaning up dog pee, this is top notch. Provides enough water and solution that it gets the job done.It leaves the carpet damp but not too wet!My one CON is - Read the reviews! It does leak water when stored. We have it set in a place where it just forms a small puddle and isn't much of a pain. If this is a deal breaker for you then look elsewhere. But if you are looking for something quick, small, and reliable, this is the shampooer for you!

Several models later, Bissell still can't get it right
I ordered this to replace the corded, bulky, and difficult-to-clean Bissell I have been using for the past several years. I loved the suction power of my old Bissell, but every time I used it the smell of old pet urine would make me gag. I was happy to see this newer model, because it was cordless, less bulky and looked like it would be a breeze to clean (no hose). It is definitely all of those things, but the only thing it's really NOT is a vacuum. My usual method for cleaning up a pet urine stain is to suck up the stain first, then spray on the cleaner, then work it in with the scrub brush, and then suck up the entire thing again. When I tried to use this (fully-charged) vac for the first time, I noticed that it barely made a difference when I made that first pass over the pee - with my other Bissell, it would sometimes be hard for me to figure out where to spray the cleaning solution after making that initial pass, but with this new model it barely sucked up anything, about only half of what was on the floor - and I have low pile carpeting, not anything super absorbent like shag. I would observe the urine going up through the nozzle but a lot of the liquid seemed to just kind of hang out in there and did not seem to make it fully into the vacuum. I even double checked to make sure that there wasn't some kind of cap or plug that I had needed to remove first that might be blocking the suction (there wasn't). When I turned the unit off I had to be careful to hold it upright so that the pee didn't drip back down through the nozzle and end up on the floor again.I also had a problem with the dirty water collection cup. Deciding that I was definitely going to return this item, I drew a small amount of mildly soapy water (1 1/2 cups of warm water with 2-3 drops dishwashing liquid) in a bowl in my kitchen sink so that I could run it through the unit and follow up with clean water before washing the collection cup and packaging it up to return. About 2/3 of a cup into that process, there was a terrible farting sound and dirty water came shooting out the back of the machine all over my clothes and my kitchen. The dirty water collection cup holds an incredibly small amount of liquid, and unless you are closely paying attention and you are holding the unit up to clean it (not pointed down) you will be treated to a shower of pet urine and soapy water. Now I am back to using my old bulky Bissell. Maybe at some point in the future Bissell will figure out how to make a quality machine that checks all of the boxes in terms of portability, suction and ease of cleaning, but they definitely missed the mark with this unit. I did end up returning it.

Great for the sad little accidents
This is great for cleaning up those pesky pet stains and vomit in a pinch. Also, I Have a toddler, so when she spills things, it works great for that too!The suction isn't comparable to a full size machine, thus dry time is a tad bit longer than using a big machine, but the hassle of digging out the big machine and quicker dry time, but then having to wash all its components is much more cumbersome, whereas this little machine cleans up quick and the battery is decent for again those small accidents.I did use it to steam clean furniture too, and it does a great job with that with that small size of it and having a rotating brush.
