CyberSpa Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit for Laptop & PCs W1PR64500LT

Great Product. Brought my 2009 HP laptop back to life. It use to take 15 or 20 minutes to be able to load everything that was on my computer (things that I didn't even know were loading) to get control of it to search the internet. Now it boots up and has me searching the internet in about 1 minute 15 seconds. What an improvement. Also the upgrade/transfer process was simple and seamless. All my files are right where I had them and now I have a back up on the old drive, if I ever need a file that I accidentally delete.

I was one of the unknowing 200 people who "consulted" with them on this product, and have many issues with the integrity of this company.It was presented to us as an exclusive product which they would do national advertising for us and we would be put on a list and would have customers sent our way who responded to their advertising. They suggested we charge between $175 and $200 for this service. There were a lot of glitches, initially, and some things never DID work properly.As most marketing does, this oversimplifies things to make it seem like a no-brainer that anyone can do. While many may fare just fine, trust me when I tell you that replacing the hard drive in a laptop is NOT always an easy task. Many require nearly complete disassembly to remove the old hard drive, and that is not a trivial task. Many require special tools to separate parts of the case without damaging it or making gouges in it. There's a reason professionals charge what we do, and it's not because we enjoy taking advantage of non-technical people.If you think that when this process is over, you just start using your computer as you did before, you will most likely be disappointed. Most additional hardware such as printers, etc., will have to be reinstalled. While Windows 10 does a pretty good job of detecting and setting up printers, older printers will often come back with limited features that only the full installation will re-enable. Also, your Quicken 2013, TurboTax and most other programs are NOT reinstalled automatically and you need to ensure that you have the original installation media or files along with the installation keys. If you don't, you may have to repurchase a lot of software you weren't planning on replacing.I saw in one of the comments where someone said, "Plus, you get freakin' Norton!" The Norton Anti-virus "included" is a 90-day trial that you will eventually have to buy, so you're not getting "free" Norton. Those of us in the computer profession call this sort of thing bloatware because it is something that is forced on you and has to be removed unless you spend additional money to purchase it. When Windows 10 is no longer free, this will require your purchasing a valid Windows 10 key, which will effectively double the cost of this kit for you.I will admit to having feelings of being hoodwinked by this company, but the things I have stated above are valid regardless of my personal feelings. Feel free to purchase this, but don't expect it to be a magic bullet in all cases.

Dropped off my computer at CyberSpa's office. Took about an hour for the process to be complete. Their tech gave me a step by step process of what exactly I will be receiving after the Fresh Start Kit is in place. They not only upgraded my Windows 8 to a Windows 10 but allowed my computer to run like new. Excellent Product.
