Love these things!
Been using these for my DIY subs for years. Prefer the 4 pole over the 2 pole, even if only using 2 poles.I feel they are better made.

Quality Neutrik Speakon connector
There can be some difficulty making the internal connections to the wire terminals when using heavier gauge wire, but it is readily doable if you take your time. Note that you need to use a screwdriver with a Pozidriv PZ-1 tip (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0036DF2G0?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) to tighten the wire terminal screws. Using a Phillips head bit is not recommended.

Works great. I was able to repair a cable already.
Used to replace the end on a cable where someone had broken the release tab off of it. The new end works perfectly and latches perfectly on the speaker/monitor.

Solid Connections
I bought the Neutrik NL4FX 4-Pole speakON Cable Connectors because of their solid connections. Lesser brands have a reputation of not making a good connection and I needed these to work. Connections are solid, they are well made and I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable speaker connectors.
