I use this product for oral health (antiseptic, antibacterial). Half a cup in a mason jar overnight with Spring water (fill up the jar). Drain dark clove water into a fresh jar. Discard used cloves. You now have an effect mouthwash to help kill bacteria with no nasty addictives. Does hurt to take a small swig afterwards to aid in digestion and ridding inflammation. Try it out.
