When you are on your heaviest day of your period, normally 2-3rd (or even 4th sometimes) day for me, these come in handy! I don’t wear these during the day because they are very bulky, but at night these are perfect. On my 2-3rd day when it can be really heavy, and that most heavy time falls at night, these will have you covered. Literally ALL night! You won’t find a better overnight heavy coverage pad. Trust me I’ve tried them all for you already. Lol! The back on these pads are hugeeeee so even if you sleep on your back all night you will still be leak free. Just a warning these are thick maxi pads so don’t be surprised how huge they are. They are comfortable for what they are though. These also work great for when you have your period on a very long plane flight when it’s more of a hassle to change often. Basically these are the best coverage I’ve found for when you really need it and very dependable. I’ve tried others but always come back to these because I can depend on them all night.

The five stars given is for what this product does for me - well not actually me but for what I use these pads for. I have an older small bread dog that has incontinence issues and what I use the Always Maxi pad for is to line the inside of the my dogs diapers. It works great and the pads are easy to apply to the diapers and are very adsorbent with no leakage out the side of the pads. Diapers only go on when there is no one home or able to watch over the pup who likes to mark his spot all over the house. ...JS

These run HUGE/LONG in size - I am petite so I think that explains it but the pad was so long/huge in the back that it kept coming off of my underwear and then the sticky part got onto my skin and irritated my skin.It's just a minor inconvenience for max coverage after having a baby, though. I would recommend if using just for a short time period/postpartum or if one was a larger woman.

These are wonderful, I ordered these to have for after I give birth. They are quite long (which I had thought previously too long but you def need them to be), soft, absorbent and you don't even realize for the most part you have it on. Comes in a 2 pack.

I love using these in the night and for the first two days of my cycle since those are my heaviest. They give great coverage and I don’t have to worry about leakage and my clothes getting dirty. I especially love the broad wing back. The seller was very efficient in their delivery. The product came as described.
