I bought this item and received it in a very timely manner. Shipping speed was great. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the item for two main reasons. The box itself was too small for standard sized incense, the ones I purchase at any store where I live. I tried to live with it by just cutting the one end of the incense but it quickly turned into a hassle each time. The other reason is that when I closed the box or even left it open on the fire resistant cloth, a few minutes later I would find the incense off and had to light it up again. However, when I used the hole on the side it didn’t do that. Besides those two things with size and the fact that it extinguishes itself, the design is beautiful and it’s the nicest looking incense holder that I found online. I really wish it would be bigger to fit standard incense, though. Amazon customer service was amazing and completed return very quickly.

I went through 3 garbage incense holders till I found this one. checked their company's reviews , they were good, so I tried this out. It doesn't put out ur incense and craftsmanship wise its very good, almost incredible. For the price its kinda a must have. The only downfall which I wouldn't really even consider it one is that standard incense sticks are too big for this but 5.5 inch incense sticks are perfect for it. This lead me to get quality incense little sticks so its kinda a win win.

It’s most definitely a beautiful piece but I do have some issues with the holder. Though there is a hole to stick the incense through, it’s at an angle and the incense sticks out to the side (so the casing does not catch the ashes). Also, if you try to burn the incense while it is laying flat in the casing, it often times dies out have way through.

I bought this in early November as a Christmas present. Good thing I gave myself plenty of time! The box is WAY too small to hold any incense! The craftsmanship is terrible. I had some camels that were holes and others that was just a laser imprint mistakes. Waste of my time, money, and a waste of wood!!

I like that it’s so small, magnetic, and the fact that you can light the incense inside or just take the lid off! It’s pretty compact but I like the size personally. Very well made

Smaller than standard incense. Really sucks to use. Storage compartment is useless. The magnets are useless.bwhats more is the actual incense holder is so shitty and subpar. And under size.Piece of crap

Wish the top was made taller so you could actually burn incense inside. But very beautiful and storage of incense is handy

Incenses doesnt burn if you put inside tray, even without cover it goes away in few seconds.Unless you stick into its holder but then there is no point of buying this whole box!Very disappointing and waste of money.
