This is a known, trusted brand, and since I tend to get anemia, I know it works. These are not chewable. If you find you need to add more iron to your diet (food is the best way to get your vitamins), or if your doctor tells you you need a supplement, this is a good way to go. They are medium size pills, not unwieldy at all.

I only buy Nature Made vitamins and minerals. I feel they are the most pure I can purchase from the over the counter market. I've never had problems with them and this iron doesn't seem to constipate..
