I ordered this expecting surplus quality with wear and tear, But I was happily surprised when I opened the box. Very good quality looks unused you have to put the star on yourself but not hard to do. My only complaint is that it is not the khaki as shown in the picture but more the old Soviet field green color.The color issue was not a problem for me but if you are buying it for this reason you might want to look elsewhere.

Great product but they send a random size and I got one that simply HAS to be for a child. So small. Really the micro-p**is of hats.
