Consistency thin and very sweet.
Unfortunately I didn’t like this sugar free alternative to maple syrup. The consistency was very thin. It was very sweet and had that stevia after taste. I’m actually surprised and bummed because Pyure sugar (the Erythritol/ stevia blend) is one of my favorite sugars. I don’t like straight stevia. I also purchased choc zero and Joseph’s maple syrups. Joseph’s was by far my favorite. Thick consistency and excellent flavor. Choc zero was ok but wouldn’t purchase it again. Hope this helps.

Amazing! Tastes exactly like the real thing!
We love to make breakfast for dinner. Being on a keto diet means we cannot have the real deal maple syrup. This stuff tastes exactly like maple syrup. Even my picky 5 year old didn’t notice a difference! Definitely buying again!Edit:We’ve bought this syrup multiple times now. It is amazing everytime on keto pancakes, sausage, eggs, etc. Super tasty and pretty darn close in texture. If you miss maple syrup this is what you need!

Not really Sugar Free! Carb loaded
This product is not really sugar free! If you are Keto, this is not a product to buy!

I've been on a low carb diet for years and I was so excited to try this product! Artificial sweeteners do not agree with my stomach, but this does just fine by me since it is more natural! It is a little watery, but the taste is perfect! It won't by any means fool you into thinking that it is "real" maple syrup, but it has a good flavor! I will definitely buy again!

Perfectly Acceptable Substitute
We performed a side by side taste comparison to real maple syrup. Real maple syrup will always taste better, but the Pyure wasn’t bad by any means! It wasn’t like substituting a rice cake for a donut.... more like substituting a cookie for a donut if that makes sense? Anyway, I was pleased and had no regrets switching to the Pyure and my blood sugar levels thank me for it!

Pretty Good!
Not like pure maple syrup but if you are trying to avoid sugar and chemical sweeteners, this is pretty tasty. My husband has even started using it!

I enjoyed this syrup
I enjoyed this syrup, but I have to say that I prefer the Lakanto version. Better flavor, better nutritional profile. This stuff tastes better by itself, but on pancakes it's mediocre.

Despite all my efforts I still have a sweet tooth. This delicious Maple Flavored Syrup allows me to indulge a bit and stay sugar free

Great taste but ignore the runny texture.
Pros. Vegan and Keto friendly. We love this on waffles and pancakes.Cons. It's not very "syrupy" in the classic sense, but it didn't bother the family.
