Yes but the heel part could be a little wider.

Yes they would fit, the front of the insert is incredibly thin, it's only the heel that is thick. I believe they would fit any shoe size 6 and up. Just be careful withe heel height. If you have too may levels of the insert in it could look odd/ obvious.

Q: I am considering ordering these for a wedding. Would it be nessecary to go a size up in a dress shoe to accommodate for the tallest insole?
