It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone.Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

By far, my favorite fiber. Worked great! No taste, no smell & dissolved easily. Helped me #2 regularly consistently - no more watery kind or stuck kind lol. I drank 1 scoop a day with some water. 10/10 recommend! Beats any of the others I have tried.

I like to add fiber to my morning coffee, but I don’t like it when my coffee has the consistency of a smoothie. This is flavorless and doesn’t make my coffee thick.

I have taken fiber for about a year now- a scoop or two of wheat dextrin (benefiber, I use off brand) in my morning coffee. I have been trying to increase my gut health to help with ADHD symptoms, so when I read about sun fiber I thought I'd give it a try.It definitely does not mix with water as easily as wheat dextrine, but it mixes well in my hot coffee.At first I used it to replace my usual fiber supplement, adding it to my coffee as usual. I only used half(ish) a scoop because I was unsure how my body would react to it. Unfortunately, this caused constipation. I now use one scoop of dextrin and about 2/3 of a scoop of this sun fiber. Things are running more smoothly now.Other than the constipation I haven't notice any other changes. I've been more emotional lately, but that seems like it would be a strange side effect for fiber. I only mention because there have been a lot of links discovered recently between gut health and mental health.I will finish out the container and see how it goes. Maybe I will notice a change if I stop taking it after that? We shall see. I will update in a month or so as to how my little experiment goes.

My naturopath had recommended I use SunFiber which worked well for me. When I came across this product, I was interested to try it out. It seems to have the same effect and quality as the SunFiber does. I have bought it twice now.

I love everything about this product. I have a problem sometimes remembering to take my fiber with this product it goes in my coffee every morning. Dissolves easily no taste difference and very easy on my gut. I follow it with a 16 oz bottle of water after my morning work out.

I bought this as a cheaper version of Sunfiber by Tomorrow’s Nutrition. The difference in price isn’t a lot, & they are both made from guar bean. However, the scoop is smaller. I don’t know if the product is more dense, or if dose is smaller. It also doesn’t dissolve as easily & sometimes leaves little gummy chunks or strings in bottom of glass if not vigorously mixed. I would not recommend this as a substitute for the one by Tomorrow’s Nutrition.

Excellent fiber product, works much better than Metamucil or other products. It's not cheap for what you get, but definitely worth it.
