I have purchased 6 of these cameras over the years. They work really well and have all the features that I would ever need. The cameras seem waterproof and heavy duty. Customer service is very helpful in getting things setup and they even sent me extras cameras when I had an issue with one of the cameras.

Video and data are sent back to China over unencrypted transport. Video is only accessible locally using a Windows-based server, otherwise you're using a website in China that's hardcoded into the device, so no guarantee of longevity there. Vendor 'doesn't permit' local access to the device otherwise, even though it's running Linux with a local ssh service. No API documentation is available to build your own interfaces if you don't want to run their server on your Windows machine.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one is a must!Customer service is non existent! Customer service is based in China, no answer when called. When do get a "call" text back it's a bot saying sorry missed your call. No way to select a specific time of incident. No way to download specific incident. Warranty is a joke! Monitor broke within the warranty coverage time. Would not replace monitor without returning the entire product that had already been installed(which took three days to install).It is a must to have internet service, took me three months to get it. It is not as compatible with Verizon as they claim it is in the USA.
