Good supplement

I was watching Youtube and learned about the symptoms of a B12 deficiency. Glad i purchased this because i was very deficient. It helped tremendously with my mental well being and mood. Its water soluble, which is good to know. Theres a chalky taste, no flavor. I mix it with some crystal light and it good to go. Its packaged in a little plastic bag inside a larger plastic bag, I keep it in a small container with a tiny scoop. 'i like this company so far, bought a B6 and Amino Acids from them after purchasing the B12.

The package was sealed properly and preserved and meets the description as explained in the Amazon ad.

I have been anemic in B12 and the supplement pills have not brought up my blood work to good levels. I read that it’s best to chew them up which I am not doing. I am not vegan but do not care too much for meat. I looked up what other options are and this came up. You do need a jewelry scale or a scale that goes down to 0.01g the weights are in kilograms. 100mg is 0.1g and a food scale does not go down that far. I purchased a scale and have been putting it in my protein shake.

I've been using this for about 6 months. I was regularly taking B12, but my doctor told me my B12 was still low. So we switched to methyl B12. I did injections first and now I'm taking this product I keep it up. I do feel much better. I think it's pretty good quality. I mix it into a little bit of water, with my electrolytes. It doesn't taste like much. Which is good. Lol

This product is a huge letdown. Despite frequently buying from Bulk Supplements, this is my final purchase. It's impossible to measure the correct dosage without investing in a costly scale, which is unreasonable. Do yourself a favor—opt for B12 in another form. This company should not be selling a product that can't be accurately dosed. Avoid at all costs.

Fast delivery. Was way smaller then i was expecting won't be enough to last a couple weeks. Needed something to last at least a months worth. Product is good just size and quantity was an issue.
