If you're starting on your WLS journey, know that you will NEED to take supplemental calcium every day for the rest of your life. Its not an option, its a physical requirement. You will be spending tons of money on these supplements and go through brand after brand until you find one you either like or tolerate, hopefully both. Save yourself some $$ and start out with these in coconut. The mildest flavor and texture of the 2 dozen flavors and brands I've tried.I was a *unlucky* patient and had huge change in taste perception - everything tasted weird almost immediately after surgery, and after a year its still present. Every other flavor, like raspberry, chocolate, or caramel. NOPE. Instant regret and nausea. Coconut was the only one that was mild enough in taste and smell and texture for me to be able to take and meet my nutritional requirements. (Also that meets the medical guidelines by ASMBS)Good luck - take your supplements!

This brand was the very first Calcium chews I used post surgery. They taste great! No chalky taste at all! They are probably my favorite. The only draw back is they are on the higher side of cost. The good thing is it’s almost like a treat to chew them. They do not upset my stomach and they go down easy.

These are by far the best calcium chews I have ever tasted. I have been on calcium supplements for the past 18 years due to osteoporosis. And I also had weight loss surgery 12 years ago. Every supplement I have ever taken has always left an after taste. This supplement….NO after taste at all and they taste good. I bought these in place of a previous brand I was using that again was out of stock and the last order I received tasted old. I do not plan on returning to the previous brand. You will not be disappointed with this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price is good. I was taking a different brand that was basically the same thing but I had to drive quite a ways to get it. This is about $5 cheaper, tastes the same and it's delivered.

I have parathyroid issues from thyroid cancer so my calcium will forever be extremely hard for me to not only just retain but to also produce. I have struggled with extremely low calcium levels to the point I’ve almost been hospitalized. I have tried every type of calcium me and my drs could think of, nothing really helped. I have dealt with numbness all over my body, tingling, dizziness, fatigue, muscle cramps, face twitching ETC for the last 3 years. I finally was like to heck with it I’m gonna try these which my dr did not like but I am proving her wrong with these. Numbness GONE!! I do have to take about 3-4 of these a day but at least it’s not horse pills and they taste really good lol. It’s like candy to me and HELL YEAH TO THAT!

They are just ok tasting but they give me the calcium citrate I need so they work

Very good product. sometimes the paper sticks but all in.. it is good tasting and does what it is supposed to. Easy to chew, swallow and has the nutrients I expected. I was taking the horse pills before.. this is a much better option. I take 3 chewables a day.
