If you zip tie as others mentioned I went thought a pack of 100 this thing is sturdy. I have it filled with a lot of bike gear and you can see I piled stuff of top of it as well. I like that you can take out one shelf to make one area bigger. Biggest tip is zip tie as you go when possible and keep it square. It's been up for a few weeks and no issues, or falling apart. I will be buying an additional one as the cost is great. It's not furniture like something at IKEA or particle board cubes but it keeps the clutter down and does look nice.

I bought this for my granddaughter. It didn't work for her needs so I have it now. I'm so glad it went to me. Anyway, EACH compartment holds a very decent amount. Small appliances fit and THAT made me happy! The weight of each doesn't make any difference, they all can go. There are door things covering any and all cubbies if you choose to use.It was hard to put together the first time. My granddaughter did it without reading directions. Anyway, when she got the hang of it, it went well. The itty bitty little white clips included are a small challenge and the run for cover if you should drop one. (Don't know how it happens) they go on in the end to make sure nothing shifts. You will see. Good buyToo bad my microwave can't fit or go on the top.

We liked the fact that they shipped very quickly and arrived in sturdy packaging. The assembly instructions are 50-50 and putting it together was a little difficult trying to make all of the pieces fit into the plastic connectors. The one thing that struck me was the odor coming from the pieces the sides and tops of the cubes it reeked of cigarette smoke it was so intense that we had to take it outside and air it out. So the smell to say the least is a huge detractor I worry that my clothing or anything fabric that is placed inside these cubes will take on that horrific awful nasty smell. Therefore I received it on a Friday and I am waiting another week to see if the smell dissipates if it does not I will be returning this. As for being sturdy I may not find this out if the smell does not dissipate from the plastic . it is lightweight and SEEMS sturdy but I question seriously these cubes holding more than 5 lbs each before the vinyl sides start to buckle especially the top row of cubes. I bought a set of 12.

I used this as a closet organizer and it was perfect. I wouldn't suggest putting paper/file boxes on anything but the lower shelves but for folders, light boxes and other items it is great. We put in a 4x4 (16 total squares) and it's fine. Takes about an hour to put together and wasn't too hard. The instructions could be a little better as the corner connecting pieces can fit several ways depending how you put it together. There is a little trial and error when assembling. I would purchase again.

The box it was shipped in was in good condition, but the product came slightly damaged. The damage was mostly cosmetic so there was no need to return the item, but it's still off-putting. The assembly took a little over an hour. The storage space is great. The build quality not so much. The description says each rack can hold 30 lbs of weight, but after storing a corded drill and it's bits. I heard it a crash a few minutes later. That weight is probably around 15 - 20 lbs. Which is less than the rating that was advertised. I'm hoping this product lasts long enough to be worth the expense.

Might be fine for really light items, but not sturdy enough for baking/kitchen stuff like cookie sheets, muffin tins, etc. it hasn’t fallen down, but the doors are annoying and the cubes don’t stay connected nicely.

It was shipped quickly and got to me fast. It was easy to assemble and sturdy enough to move from one room to another. It's also very pretty. Unfortunately, it got to me missing one of the side panels. I emailed costumer service and they quickly shipped not one but two side panels. They didn't even give me a hard time. I'm impressed with the product and the costumer service... Recommend it fully and even if it was shipped missing parts, I'm giving it a 5 review just for the quick and easy service they provided to replace what was missing.

I needed angled storage angled in my A-frame office/craft space and I liked how I could configure these boxes to my unusual needs. The doors are a little wonky in that they don't hang exactly straight, but I definitely like to be able to hide the cubes' contents. Pulling out either the top or bottom fitting of the door helps align it better and I was able to get them decently aligned. I do store the heaviest items (like binders/books) in the bottom cubes but really appreciate that all the cubes hold some decent weight without sagging.
