This is it, the perfect buds I can find wo breaking the bank
This is the perfect pair of buds I've ever used in several different aspect.1) I've a hard to fit ear shape and I've tested at least 5-6 different types of ear buds from the iPhone versions to the cheap kinds. This is the only set that fits in nicely and yet as a very low profile, so it doesn't protrude out much. As from the Pic, they have an array of buds sizes to choose from, I am sure 1 of them will fit your ear nicely.2) These buds allows you to switch from single bud usage to dual, left or right works independently yet seemlessly when you have to remove anyone of them to charge. This is an extremely hard to find feature as most buds have the right as the master and left could not work by itself. Or the left has to be pair everytime it has to be used by itself.3) The battery life is amazing at 8hrs per charge. I have not fully tested this feature but even if it lasts 6hrs, I am still very satisfied.4) I am not an audiophile but the sound quality from my point of view is not as exceptional as headphones but from a ear buds standpoint, I think it is more than sufficient.5) Noise cancelation is present just because the fit is very good. Background noise still exist but it is well controlled due to the good fit. Sadly the "Transparant" mode doesn't work at all, meaning that it you will not be able to hear your surrounding when you have both the buds in. It says it has been activated but the noise isolation is always there.6) The manual clicking to me is very desirable as the touch sensors just doesn't always work but manual clicking will never fail. Klipsch did an excellant job sorting out all the controls through the usage of both buds. The catch is when you use just a single bud you lose all control except start /stop, which isn't too bad given how easy it is to switch between single and dual buds.7) The case has some weight to it and looks so good. It looks so good that I am thinking of how best I can protect its covering from scratches from the get go. Point is that the casing felt very well built and it probably is.8) I also notice that the left and right buds are color coded VS some other brands that has L and R very faintly printed. These are the details that Klipsch has on their product that makes me think "I knew I always has this issue but Klipsch has already resolved it in their product design"!Anyway I don't always write a review but this is 1 product I want to make sure someone out there can benefit greatly from. It's not cheap but I guess you pay for what you get. BTW I did not use their app as according to other reviews, it will simply brick the buds and personally I think it is already very good right out from the box.Cheers,Mak

Great True Wireless Earphones!!!!
These Klipsch T5 II True Wireless Earphones are great! The sound is great right out of the box. Clear, Crisp, and Precise. Not Bass Heavy out of the box, but that can be adjusted thru the Klipsch Connect App. Packaging is impressive and feels and looks premium. The "Zippo" style case is one reason i went with these earphones, and they do not disappoint!! They ones i purchased are the dark grey brushed metal. They are not too heavy or too big, just the right amount of weight and bulk. My earphones feel very protected in this case. No worries about damage if I accidentally drop them.As soon as i put them in my ears they connected to my phone. No pairing issues at all and they were fully charged, as the voice assistant told me in both my ears. They also had a great seal. Fight very nicely in my ears. These also do not stick very far out of my ears, pretty low profile. They give you 5 more replacement earbud cups to best fit your ear. You'll be able to exercise, run, or lift in these with no worries of them falling out.Straight away i played "Blinding Lights" by The Weekend. Highs and Mids were Crisp and Clear. Lows were Full and not Muddy. I played a few other tracks, some were Pop others were Hip Hop and all sounded great. I like a little more Bass in my music so i connected my phone and headphones to the Klipsch Connect App and from here i could adjust them to the type of sound I prefer and boy am i impressed. If you like more concise instrumentals or prefer the thump of some Heavy Bass you can choose the tone that best suits you here! Very user friendly interface on the App. I received and made a couple phone calls using the earphones and i like that you can hear the person your talking too in both earphones instead of just one. There is no Noise Cancelling with these, however, you can't hear anything at all outside what your listening to on your earphones. There is an option to turn on "Transparency Mode" by a simply single press on the left earbud and you can hear the outside world. It works fairly well. Another press of the left earbud and it turns "Transparency Mode" back off. I do like how you have to depress the earbud rather than a touch option. All the pressing features work great (play, next track, volume, answer phone, ect...) and are easy to accomplish with minimal effort or searching for the area to depress. I have not had these long enough to talk about the battery life. After a couple weeks I'll make an update to this review. For now, I'm extremely happy i returned my Apple Airpod Pro's and waited for the release of these. For me, these Klipsch T5 II True Wireless Earphones are hands down the best Earphones I've ever had. Bravo!!

Great for two days....
Update:After a great two days I noticed the right earbud would only charge to 70 to 74% then stop. Okay not problem, asked for a replacement pair because things happen. Got the new pair, updated the firmware, and fully charged overnight. The right bud was fine but the left bud stopped at 54%. I noticed if I kept lifting it and putting it back in the charger I could get it to 83%. Annoying but let's see how it holds up. Sure enough after 5 minutes the left bud shut down due to no power. I have returned these for a refund and will look elsewhere for a better quality device. I am very disappointed as I have had Klipsch speakers for years and expected the same quality I enjoy with my regular speakers. I am sadly disappointed.First you can't just use these out of the box and expect perfect clarity. Take a little time, install the cushions that make a good deal on the ear, then install the app to set these up. Once that is done the sound quality is amazing. Very deep bass, clear high tones, and crisp mids. The EQ in the app allows you to modify the settings to fit your musical taste which is excellent. Once setup right, these easily outperformed my AirPods or Beats. The ANC works beautifully as well. I don't think the battery is really a solid 8 hours. I tested at 7 at best but that was pretty good heavy use with cranking up the bass. I suspect at a flat setting they would last 8 hours. Overall I am very pleased.
