UV Replacement Bulb ONLY for The OION B-1000 Air Purifier

There's a reason this didn't come with instructions. If you are not familiar with releasing plastic clips without breaking them you will not be able to replace this bulb. Basically have to release the top cover, then remove the fan, and the metal backing of the light then you can jiggle it out connect the new and put it back together. Not difficult if you've done something similar before and definitely cheaper than a new unit, but I feel like the average consumer will break their air purifier before being able to replace the bulb.

Does not include installation instructions. The installation is complicated and is probably beyond the capability of the average consumer.

I loved my OION air purifier as it kept the "cat bathroom" stink free and when the light burnt out, I didn't think it would be a problem to exchange the bulb as I did with the 5 others (different brands) I own.I should have known better after I read some of the reviews posted, but sincerely believed there would be instructions with the bulb. Oh well, I assumed wrong! While the bulb was very well packaged (big box with lots of Styrofoam peanuts for a tiny bulb), there were no instructions inside.At the end it looks like the whole top with the fan inside needs to be taken apart to replace the bulb!OION approved the return & refund but a friend who tried to help me misplaced the bulb.Oh well, lesson learnt. Another obstacle to look out for when buying an air cleaner! I rather stick with brands who keep it reasonable!

Completely unnecessary for the machine to work accent item. Machine will work anyway.

I WOULD GIVE OION 10 STARS GREAT COMPANY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT UNIT HAD A FEW YEARS WORKS GREAT.EASY TO CLEAN QUITE BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY......

It's fine but the air purifier is too small to be of any use
