First off let me state that this is my first review on amazon. I order products from here almost weekly but have never found the need to write a review.I originally purchased the "O2 Cold and Compression Wrap for the Back" for a friend of mine that has had two spinal fusions. I of course tried it out beforehand and absolutely loved it. He on the other hand keeps texting me almost daily telling me how much he loves it and wishes he had it several years ago.I myself fractured my L4-L5 vertebrate a while ago and it never healed properly. I now have multiple problems with my back and am ongoing many doctors visits / procedures. I think I have bought a total of 6 different ice packs and even ice pack / braces and nothing compares to this product.The Features I Like Are:1. This ice pack is colder than any other ice pack that I personally have purchased. I need the extremely cold feeling and other ones were not justifying it.2. The Compression makes the wrap very tight which is nice if I am walking around I can still get the benefits of a nice cold pack.3. The Compression feature is removable so when I go out in public I do not have to carry a pump with me.4. The ice pack itself is a lot larger than any other one that I have purchased. It covers my entire back and can also fold if I only need to get my left side.5. The quality of the brace itself is well made and adds needed support. However, this isn't the main reason I bought this for.This product has exceeded my expectations. The only complaint that I have is I wish it would stay colder longer.

Just used it twice and it performed great. My particular back pain improves with a brace. My old elastic brace does not allow for much consistency or control as I struggle getting it in place. This new one allows me to have it in place before I adjust it with the pump. And the cold gel feels good. So far I am very pleased. Good job! Great product.

This review is actually for the ankle compression wrap. I have a chronic issue with Hagland`s deformity ,my bursa lump is on the inner part of the ankle .In my process of learning to live with this condition without surgery, I have acquired many different aids, braces boots etc. This device is excellent in providing more.than one modality( right word I hope) The outer booty has a compression hand pump while the cold.pack gives good relief.Elevate form15 min. ,I do this @4 xs a day. It helps me stay out of the aircast at home and I can take it with me when having to go.out all day to care for terminally ill relative. Delivery was excellent with Amazon Prime, less than 48 he. After delivery. The one draw back for me is the length of the tightening strap. It is a little awkward for me but I finally figured a way to bring it around the top o the boot and latch in the back. Make use to wear a sock with it as well. M

Works awesome. Able to apply pressure to ice pack for walking. Used after lower back surgery for walking and made a huge difference. Nice gel ice pack stays cold about 45 mins and is held in place with sturdy Velcro. Hand pump removes well and the shut off valve on back piece seems to be good. Stays in place as well when walking with the pressure and dual Velcro waist strap. Great product.

Just recently had a lumbar fusion two months ago, looking to reduce my narcotic intake and find alternative pain management. Have been researching ice compression and wanted to try it, work comp would rather me take pills than rent an ice compression machine to try, so I was fortunate enough to find this for a very reasonable price here, this has been fantastic after physical therapy and car rides. I have cut my pill intake drastically in last two weeks. Definitely worth a try! Really helps with inflammation.

Just purchased it so far luving it 💞 but time will tell before other stars are add but it feels good around the back area that's good, but we will see as time move on.

Got this because I pulled my back and wanted to recover faster and for the first day it really did feel pretty great. Pack is cold and the compression is nice. However, my wrap itself burst and not cannot be pumped up at all. I’m not sure how this happened but the whole compression part of this pack is completely ruined. For 40$ I was not expecting that to happen at all let alone within a day. From what I could tell this wasn’t really a problem for other people but just know you might get a faulty unit and as far as I know there’s no warranty. You’re better off getting an ice pack and some ace bandages if you’re worried about wasting money. Would’ve given it 1 star for breaking but it is a good product and would be reviewed much higher if it did not bust.
