I was looking for a compact security camera that didn't stand out like a regular camera. This device really looks like a smoke detector. The camera is placed behind a very small pin hole. The initial setup isn't too difficult but when you get to the step where the phone plays an audio sound, make sure you have the front of the device facing towards the phone or else it won't pickup the sound to complete the configuration.With the mobile app, you can view live video. I was able to view the video on both wifi and 4G connection. So even if you are outside your home, you can monitor remotely. This is important because I can now check on my home while I am away. The app does notify you when motion is detected. So far it's working well. Just remember to charge it when the battery gets low.

We had a problem tenant who’s stealing stuff and assaulting people in the house, but nobody could get him out. So we installed this camera in the common area to get more evidences to present to the court. The installation is very easy. It has 6000mah built-in battery so it will keep recording even if it is removed. Recording is in high definition. I got the evidence and restraining order I wanted!!

Where to start? This just doesn't work at all.The image is so distorted I can barely make out anything but objects and movement, even in perfect light.Turning it on an off requires you pull it down and flip the switch manually. When it's on the phone notifications are constant, so you have to leave it off and only turn it on when you leave the house (by taking it down and flipping the switch). All this for a visual that is barely recognizable.Battery life is abysmal meaning you'll have to charge it daily or every two days at most.Also pairing it is a nightmare. I had to trick it into seeing my wifiI tried to return it but since it has a built in rechargeable battery no mail provider will allow me to ship it back. I don't know if these other reviews are fake (my guess) or my model is just faulty. I wouldn't have minded all the other downsides if I got a clear image, but this looks like the blurry channels from 90's cable television. It's not usable for anything except "oh look, something moved" (which by the way is so sensitive that it's also not usable as a security notification)

This camera just looks like a real smoke detector. Easy to install. Picture is very clear. Since it only powers on and records when human movement is detected, the battery will last more than one month for the light traffic area I am monitoring. Compared to other similar smoke detector camera, this one comes with a free 32Gb microSD card, 3M stickers and also magnetic pads (got from the seller Nuvending). That makes it easy to install without drilling holes on my ceilling and easy to take it off for recharging. Will buy more.

This is a great camera. It is easy to set up. But pls keep in mind that no special characters allowed in SSID or WiFi name. Night vision is good. For my closet not used often, the battery lasts pretty long time. Compared to other smoke detector cameras, this one has Velcro stickers since I do not want to drill holes in my wall. And it also includes a32gb microSD card which saves me 10 bucks too.

The product is very convenient to use and the picture is very clear. This product can help me a lot when I'm not at home. In fact, I wanted to buy a camera for my living room, but in comparison, this product can work better. Overall, it can add some security for me and my family, so I can feel relieved even when I'm on a business trip.

This camera has 6000mah battery. It will only power on and record when motion is detected by PIR sensor. It includes a 32Gb memory card to save my recording so it saves monthly cloud fee. I also got magnetic pads with adhesive from the seller so I can mount it to my ceiling and take the camera off pretty easy.

Just one day, and battery is dead. Battery was fully charged before installation
