Ice. Works good. Have to fill in freezer as it flex's and is impossible to carry with water in it. Leaves residue on ice cubes, I rinse the ice cube before use.

I purchased these to cook the individual egg/meat/veggie filling(s) for breakfast burritos using my Instant Pot. The Food Network Channel noted they were purchased on Amazon. If you are going to use these to cook in, be sure to spray them with vegetable oil spray before filling, otherwise the filling will stick. Once sealed in foil (spray your foil as well) the set of three will stack katty-cornered in a 6qt. Instant Pot. I toss them in the dishwasher (top rack) and they clean up so nicely. Although I’ve never used them for ice cubes, I’m sure they will work for that also. Very happy with this purchase.

These work very well for molding resin pen blanks. They hold up in the pressure pot and demold easily without spray release. However, plugging brass tubes doesn’t seem to work, and each mold is way too big for a pen blank, resulting in a lot of extra work preparing and turning and expense in wasted resin. They are very inexpensive and will do the trick, so it’s up to you whether you get a better mold (many to choose from on Amazon) and pay a bit more upfront or buy these and have more ongoing work and expense.
