One of my favorite products
This Kwik Seal Caulk is one of the easiest, most effective products I've used. Before I go on, this is not a product for any major renovation work but what I use it for is sealing old(er) bathroom sinks, one of the best uses for it is on the shower flange cap that won't stay against the wall. On that one, if you have any kind of native insects (centipedes especially), they most likely are coming in where the shower flange cap is supposed to be rested against the wall. If you press the cap to the wall, squeeze this caulk around it, use a putty knife or butter knife to smooth it, it will attach the cap to the wall and stay there for years. It's relatively easy to work with. Washes off if you mess up (wash it off quickly) and it's inexpensive. The problem I ran into, my local stores that always have this in stock, seemed to all run out on the same day. You can get this in other colors as well. I mention that because the one I ordered is white, looks great on a white sink or a white wall/tub/shower but it's a little too white for any of those in even an off-white/cream color. Otherwise, it's a product that you should keep around the house. I also have used this on old drafty windows. It works okay at that task, more like a temporary fix. I didn't think I would ever have to order it from Amazon but I did and it got here a day before the local stores are supposed to get their shipments in. And remember, quick fixes, not major jobs.

Great Caulk Solutions
We used Kwik Seal Kitchen & Bath Adhesive Caulk for the trim around our bath and shower in a reapplication form because the older layer that came with the house disintegrated and got mold over time. The kwik caulk comes in a convenient squeeze tube that is smaller than most caulk guns; thus, making it easier to use and ergonomically more comfortable on my hands and my husband's hands to squeeze out the caulk. You have to make sure like any other caulk gun to cut the tip at an angle. The tip from this gun has a smaller diameter to fit smaller crevices between the spaces. This made it easy for the could slip into our shower cracks without having the rub of a lot fo excess caulk and wasting less of the product in the process. It adheres very well; however, time will tell in the next few weeks if the caulk can withstand long term mold growth and adhesion. The caulk takes about 24 hours to dry according to the instructions which are common with most caulk brands as you can not use your shower/tubs until it dries and fully adheres. Overall, I prefer the smaller squeeze tube to get smaller areas in the shower and drains/pipe sealing because they can be a small area to get around and the fact that ere is not a strong scent in the caulk solution that allows me to work. You do have to use gloves with it like any other solution to prevent skin and itchiness.

Great Baseboard Gap Fix
Just what I was looking for. The trim in my house was very beat up from the previous owner, so I smoothed it all down and painted it white. But this really emphasized the way none of the baseboards or door trims fit against the walls, with a lot of space that just glared at you. This caulk was perfect, easy to cut the tip and then run it along the space in between the boards and wall and even where the quarterround fit against the baseboards. Smooths out with a quick swipe of a wet finger and the gaps are gone! One tube is enough for a 10x14 living room with doors and window trim with about 1/5 left over - I did use more than probably is normal because there were a lot of deep gaps. But a really great, inexpensive fix so I don't have to spring for new baseboards or stare at the gaps!

Perfect!
Loved this so much. We used this to refresh the tile grout and it was so easy to use and refreshed the bathroom. We bought two more because we wanted to use the other bathroom and finish the guest bathroom.

Ehh... not the best but could work
I am NOT someone who is super familiar with caulking, I’ve only watched my father use it with the appropriate caulk gun, so I thought this should be easy... but it was NOT.I’ve listed below the pros and consPros:1.Light weight2.Can hold the tube easily3.Don’t have to try to maneuver a large caulk gun.4.colors are fine5. Does clean up pretty wellCon:1.Better be ready to use it as soon as you cut it because it just keeps coming out without squeezing the tube.2. Have towels because it’s messy.3. DOES NOT DRY! It has been a month now and I still find Places where this is not dry.It could be user error, & if it is, I’m sorry but at least send better directions. Maybe a print out of some sort giving tips and tricks.

Great and what I expected.
Just what I expected. Started using this stuff and other DAP products from influence from my granddad and they all still work well for their uses. Make sure and clean up any areas you caulk too much or get sloppy with within about 5 minutes before it sets and harden. I use this in about 3 foot sections at a time and have no problems. It also works well to fill bigger gaps by multiple caulking passes keeping in mind it needs to entirely dry for 72 hours before going over it again to be the best seal. If you have huge gaps get a wall filler first...but this does fill gaps bigger than it says if you get creative and have patience over a weeks time at your own house! Works good for it's intended purposes too no complaints.
