I recently purchased the Hawkins 26 cm Frying Pan and I have been thrilled with my purchase! This triply stainless steel fry pan has exceeded all of my expectations and has quickly become my go-to pan for all of my cooking needs. First and foremost, the quality of this fry pan is outstanding. The triply stainless steel construction ensures even heat distribution and retention, making it perfect for cooking a variety of dishes. I have used this pan for everything from frying eggs to searing meats and it has performed flawlessly every time. The sturdy handle is also a great feature, providing a comfortable grip and making it easy to maneuver around the stove. One of the main reasons I chose this frying pan over others on the market was its compatibility with induction cooktops. As someone who recently switched to an induction stove, it was important for me to find a pan that worked well with this type of heat source. I am happy to say that this fry pan works perfectly with my induction stove and heats up quickly and evenly. This is the most beautiful pan I've owned - and its beauty is not just in appearance but in strength and functionality. This is the first stainless steel pan I've had, and was skeptical about whether it would be easy to maintain, whether food would stick while cooking, etc. but I've been using this for a month now and it looks almost as good as new. I did the initial tempering as explained in the product literature (simple to do) and use it as per instruction - not to use it on very high heat, and not to preheat too long without oil. Food mostly doesn't stick but sometimes does while cooking but not very hard, and when the pan cools, it is easy to clean off. As advised, I don't soak the pan but wait till it becomes cool to wash it as usual, no scourer only soft nylon brush or the cleaner provided. Easy to wash, great to cook.The bottom is really heavy and thick, so it's comfortable to cook on without burning easily, yet the pan heats up quite fast and retains heat well, so no need to heat much. It is a sturdy pan and I hope Hawkins brings out a 22cm size as well.

I bought this pan to particularly make dose as I dint want to use non stick dose pan. The doses come very nice and crispy.I seasoned the pan as per the instructions manual and made 1 small dose to check and boy was I surprised! Perfect dose!Once the pan is seasoned it is just like a non stick pan. So for the subsequent doses I sprinkled some water on the pan put few drops of oil and spread it with an onion and poured the batter.The pan is heavy and it's handle is very smooth and elegant.This pan is not dishwasher safe.It does get discoloured on the 1st use but it can be cleaned with vinegar.The instructions manual itself is so impressive.Overall a very good pan and the price is also lower than other brands.I would definitely recommend this to other people and use it after reading the detailed instructions manual.

Just received my Prestige 24cm triply stainless steel frying pan today and did a neck to neck comparison with my older 24 cm Teflon frying pan. I found out that although this newly ordered Prestige 24cm frying pan is same in dimensions and sits perfectly like a lid on my older pan but it’s much shallower than my old pan, hardly 1.5 litres. I am surprised as to why they post misleading information about its capacity as being 5litres in the description above. Rest the pan is solid and heavy will update further after use.

The product received is of good quality. It is easy to use/function. It is of required size. Overall, this product is value for money.
