Very happy with this
I found this brand last year. I wanted to move away from $40 a bottle hair products. I fell in love with it. It is very inexpensive but certainly feels as good on my hair as the pricey salon products i was using. I have very thick naturally wavy hair. I found this brand left my hair glossy and noticeably healthier as i continued to use it.I do have a friend that found the conditioner weighed her hair down if she used it regularly. The texture of our hair is completely different, hers is straight and very fine.I do a lot of flat ironing and blow dry on my hair so when I saw this new line Clear had i was dying to get my hands on it. Unfortunately I could not find a store near me(and I live in a big city) carrying this new line yet. I was thrilled I could get it on Amazon. I was not disappointed either. Even after going under the heat several times, my hair still has shine and the ends look healthy. Not dry at all.

Great for seboratic dermatitis (for me)
Okay, I bought this at the drugstore first, but I have ordered it off Amazon when I needed it and was pacing an order anyway.I've had seboratic dermatitis as long as I can remember (I'm probably spelling it wrong, but you get the point). Years ago I tried H&S and I've tried a few others along the way as well. I have crazy allergies and have to read the ingredients of anything and everything I use or my eczema and dishydrosis go crazy and I suffer for at minimum a month trying to clear the outbreak.Anyway, got a new dermatologist (mine moved) and he suggested I try a shampoo with zinc. Search for that and all you'll find is dandruff shampoos. I don't have dandruff, but figured - fine, it's worth a $5 experiment. I bought this shampoo with the dry scalp conditioner (same brand). I noticed a difference with my scalp within a few days, but the quality of my hair changed dramatically very quickly. Maybe I got lucky, but I've never had this little frizz. Could be because I'm not clawing at my scalp, or could be the shampoo.Personally, I like the smell (even though I'm allergic to fragrance...a girl's gotta live a little!). I've been complemented on how my hair smells and didn't have the heart to tell them it was dandruff shampoo, that's our little secret.I cannot vouch for dandruff, but I will say this has made my seboratic dermatitis bearable! I still scratch a little, but not to the point where I am ashamed and trying to hide it like I used to.Try it, it's $5...if you don't like it, it isn't a terrible waste of money.

Best dandruff shampoo I've used so far.
I’m not sure if my problem is dandruff or psoriasis but at this point it doesn’t matter, the end result is the same, so I need a shampoo to fix it. I have tried everything on the shelf to no avail. The only thing that worked in the past Nizoral, which I haven’t seen in a store in ages and is 20 bucks for a 7oz bottle on Amazon. I picked this up at a drugstore because I ran out of Nizoral and needed a “bump” in between shipments. This was a new one I hadn’t tried yet, I figured it wouldn’t work but it was so cheap it was worth a shot.It worked WONDERS. It’s actually better than the other shampoo I was using so I’ve cut that out and use only this now. It was a success after just one wash. My scalp was clean, light, and not itchy. I’ve been using it ever since and have had no problems. When I run out and try to use something else, all the itching and flaking comes back. I need to stay well stocked in this and hope it’s never discontinued.

Good product.
Thought this product is a good one, if you have really oily hair or your teenagers use this, you may want to make sure brush scalp and hair before using this product to get better results. My kids hair gets oil buildups if they skip a day. I have been having them brush their head and hair daily and it seems help.

Works for me!
Ironically, my scalp was dry and flakey...no clue why...just as the advertisements for this product started to appear. Huh...well, decided give it a shot...other dry scalp shampoos, don't have companion conditioners and quite frankly are good tools if you want to remove hair coloring from your hair! Nothing strips it like dandruff shampoos! But this not only in two shampoos, relieved my itchy dry scalp, it left my hair nice...and has been much gentler on my OTC hair color. I like the scent. With the shampoo...a little goes a long way. Nice rich suds that rinse easily. I use both the shampoo and conditioner. Will continue to do so.

Great shampoo, bad sales pitch
I love this shampoo but it'd be nice to know which version you're actually buying. I know there's a disclaimer but your pictures show the front of the old version's bottle and the back of the new version's bottle and even your descriptions are off, one saying it's made with cactus extract, and the other saying it's made with aloe and marine botanicals. The two versions have some similar ingredients, but not all and I would have liked to know for sure what I was getting. I, of course, ended up with the old version with the cactus extract but would have preferred the new with the aloe and marine botanicals. Yes, I know they both have aloe. And yes, I know the title and front of the bottle are the old version, but since both are described, I thought I'd either get the luck of the draw or that the stock was all new and the pictures were just out of date. Please update so you're only showing one version or the other.
