Perfect Walker for my Daughter
This walker is as advertised. My daughter has MS and weighs 330 lbs. and is short. It is well built and strong. It is a heavy walker and large. For my daughter perfect as she must depend on it to hold her up and balance her. I would buy it again. I have copied a gentlemen's directions as thy are so much clearer than the ones supplied. Hope it is ok:#1. Attach each of the front wheels (no cables attached) to the matching marked left/right frame strut. Insert the wheel arm into the frame strut depressing the silver button at the top of the wheel arm until you can fully slide the arm inside the frame strut and it clicks into one of the adjustment holes. Each front wheel arm has a downward bend to it. Be sure that bend is facing toward the inside of the rollator walker frame.#2. Attach each of the rear wheels (cables attached) to the matching marked left/right frame strut. Insert the wheel arm into the frame strut depressing the silver button at the top of the wheel arm until you can fully slide the arm inside the frame strut and it clicks into one of the adjustment holes. Each rear wheel has a spring on one side. Be sure that spring is facing toward the inside of the rollator walker frame.#3. Clip each brake cable clip onto the brake cable (left/right) if they were not already attached. Then clip the cable clip to a frame strut. IMPORTANT: Be sure the brake cable and the brake cable clip are both on the outside of the rollator walker frame NEVER on the inside as this could cause the cable to be pinched when folding up the rollator walker!#4. Attach each of the brake/push handles (cables attached) to the matching marked left/right frame strut and wheel. Insert the brake/push handle arm into the frame strut depressing the silver button at the base of the brake/push handle arm until you can fully slide the arm inside the frame strut and it clicks into one of the adjustment holes.#5. Pick up the backrest pad. The logo side faces forward. On each end of the pad there is a slotted connector with the slot open on the bottom side only. Note on the side of the connector there's a lock lever, make sure it's in the off position. On the top of each side of the walker frame (close to where you slid each brake/push handle arm into a strut) there's a matching raised plastic ridge that the slotted connector slides over. Slide on each connector pushing down firmly until it's fully seated in place. Now push the lock lever to the "On" position (on both sides of the backrest pad) to lock the pad in place.#6. Final step. Pick up the included oblong rubber mat. Place the mat inside the vinyl shopping basket that sits in the middle of the walker frame. Push the mat firmly down in the center of the vinyl shopping basket. Be sure that all four edges of the mat line up with the matching corners of the vinyl shopping basket. You're all done! Be sure you read the included User Manual for how to safely operate your rollator walker, this is very important. I'd advise new users to keep the user manual in the seat pocket on the underside of the seat for convenience.Make certain if the rollator walker is not being used as a walker and is left unfolded or being used as a chair that the brake levers on both brake/push handles or pushed down firmly to lock the rollator walker brakes in place!

Excellent purchase
I was able to put this walker together by myself, except for the two front legs. I needed a little more muscle, so I grabbed a neighbor. I love the seat's multiple adjustments. I am short (5'5"), and I need my feet to touch the floor. In the one that I was renting, Drive, my feet fell asleep all the time because they did not touch the floor. I also love that there are multiple hand adjustments. They tell you to put it down near where your wrist would hang, but that makes me bend over and gives me back pain. I set the hand adjustment at the highest level which is at my waist level. That helps me to stand up better. I like that the bag below is not see-through. Therefore, there is more confidentiality as to what I'm caring about. In it will go my very huge purse, a book, Bible, legal papers, medicine, my blood pressure cuff, etc. I hung another bag in the back so that I could get to it if I was behind the rollator. For that big I put in my cell phone, tissues, and sunglasses. I had it on the side as a chill-out cup holder. It was a hassle to get on, but it seems very firm now. I just have to watch that I don't scrape any walls. The Walker has wonderful tread on the wheels. I also hang my fast help alert button around my neck, which gives me a neck ache. I put the strap around the upper bar and I put the button itself right into the bag. In one month of my pictures, you can see it. The strap is a breast cancer heart and symbol. My only hope is that it will last a long time and that consumer service is good. All in all, I think I made an excellent buy, and I am very happy. And in case you're wondering, I'm a very critical, particular, and bargain hunter person. I bought this on sale so get yours quick. I believe, all in all, it came to around $151.00, including tax. If you have Amazon shipping then it comes free. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THE HANDLES COME OFF. I NEED THE COMPANY ADDRESS, EMAIL OR PHONE, SO I CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! THANK YOU.
