I have a "real" sewing machine but I never actually use it because it is really far too much to set-up just to fix a quick hem or tear in a toy. I love this new, really easy to use, handheld sewer. I can run this right along whatever existing stitch to match up the location and easily bridge over tears. I find myself much more willing to fix things rather than replace them when it is much easier. I will probably sell my real machine now.

I'm glad I bought this sewing machine by hand. It's light and easy to carry. Even for a novice like me, it's easy to operate. It applies to any material. I used it to make some clothes for my daughter's doll, the effect was very good, my daughter was very happy. I'm so happy to be at home, sewing with my daughter.

I purchase this hand held stitches for little odd jobs where it's difficult to use the sewing machine (like repairing curtains). It is easy to thread as you can see all the areas that the thread needs to pass through. It is quite fast when it is sewn so you have to make sure you guide your fabric accurately. Very nice product!

This is a great and handy tool if you like to make things by hand. On the night I received the product, I repaired a dress with it, and the effect was very good. I am learning to use this gadget better. I am glad that it has attached instructions.

I have been hand sewing most of my projects, and I've been making cloth face masks. In order to speed up the sewing process and be able to make more masks in a shorter amount of time I wanted a sewing machine but I'm still in school and I didn't want to spend too much. I came across this little machine and the price was perfect and I gave it a shot! It has been great!! It took a little practice to learn how to tie off the stitch so they don't pull out but there is detailed instructions and they have videos that also demonstrate the process! If you own a nice sewing machine this probably won't be too helpful to you, but if you are like me and don't have a sewing machine this is perfect!

This machine is suitable for family use, easy to operate and suitable for all levels. It can even sew thick leather, unbelievable. The first machine was very disappointing. It skipped the needle and thread. The tension is a permanent problem. I asked for a replacement. This is very good. So I think this brand and model is quite good

I was excited to get this portable machine as I am a beginner trying to learn to sew before getting the standard sewing machine. First thing I don't like the look or consistency of the stitch on the fabric. Secondly, this advertised use of 6V power supply but I don't see an outlet on the item for that, and it doesn't come with batteries. Lastly, I would think the most common color thread to use with anything is black and no black thread is included. So I have to go purchase 4 AA batteries, black thread and the clear thing to make it spin on.
