Lenovo IdeaPad S540 14” FHD Slim Laptop – (AMD RYZEN 5 3500U Processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 S) – Mineral Grey

Really happy with this purchase. We did quite a bit of research before going with this one, but I really like the slim design, and the ease of set up. The screen is very good quality and the speakers are good too. The 8gb of RAM help everything to run smoothly. We’re not really using it as a games machine so I don’t know what it’s like on that front. It comes pre-installed with Windows 10s- which is quite restrictive so you may want to remove this feature and just go with standard Windows- something that’s easy to do.

I am very happy so far with this machine. Good quality finish, feels more expensive than it was.So far everything works great and it is more than fast enough for what I use it for which is work and streaming.Haven't played any games on it so can't comment if it is any good for that or not but if you are looking for a good quality machine that is super light and works well for work / media then I'd recommend this.

Much faster than expected, however quality of build to be improved as keyboard does not sit flat when used with one edge raised from the table..

This laptop is lightweight and very portable. The picture is clear and clean. For the price and 8GB I would buy it again.

Sofar it is good overall. The finger print tab sometimes not sensitive enough. Notice that the usb type C doesn't support PD charging or DisplayPort.

Bought this for my daughter's 16th birthday. She's super happy with it. It's very light and the metal case is very cool

Great laptop for the value, build quality top level with aluminium case, performance is also amazing. Nicely designed laptop overall.
