Chimney Balloon® 45"x15" Inflatable Fireplace Draft Blocker (Extra-Large Chimney Pillow®)

The balloon was easy to position and install. The balloon made an immediate, but not perfect, improvement to the amount of cold air coming into the room. Several small gaps remained that allowed some cold air to continue leaking into the room. I used inexpensive foam padding along the leaky sides to create a flexible, continuous, reusable seal. The balloon now stops all of the cold air from coming into the room and has dramatically improved the temperature in the room.

I purchased this item and installed it only to find that it would not hold air. Seems that there's some sort of micro leak that is undetectable but slowly deflates over a period of a couple hours. Ive tried several times to contact the company to get it exchanged but no response. I still have not heard back from them regarding an exchange.

Would not stay inflated. Quality lacking. Spend the money on fixing your damper or get a damper cap for the top
