You get what you pay for
The fretboard Nut was either used or defective. being a lefty I still have not found a Nut specific toa left hand 5-string fretless. bow in neck needed immediate attention. Had I not purchased mainly because I can not find a Left hand 5 string Bass for under three hundred dollars. I was prepared to change pickups and string. After some modification with a graftech nut a adjusting thrust rod in neck, getting a pretty good sound. If it was a right hand bass, I would have returned immediately.

Great for beginners and full fledged players
Really like the look and feel of this bass. Have always wanted a five string but being left handed really put them in the higher $$$ bracket. The battery operated EQ in the back still has be confused, really wish they could have sent some kind of operating instructions or specs about it. If anyone out there knows anything about getting different feels/sounds please drop a line. If possible maybe the manufacturer could send me some kind of info about it....doubtful.

Cost me $75 to make it playable
The one I received had the strings laying flat to the fretboard. I took it to my guitar tec and he had to drill out the screws on the truss rod cover to be able to adjust the neck; they were of such bad quality that they stripped out when trying to remove them. So I can play it now, but it still feels like playing a dead fish.

Sometimes you get more than what you pay for
Good craftsmanship, very attractive bass, especially for the price. Looks good , sounds good , plays good. Not the very best that money buys, yet definitely not the worst. Put flatwound bass strings on , tuned up and started playing. No complaints.

Great sound for a great price.
As a left-handed guitarist and a wannabe Jaco Pastorius, a 5-string fretless for this price is an absolute steal--and the company delivers. After a quick tune-up and a few hours of playing, I'm more than satisfied with my purchase. It's got a great sound, a great feel, and is so much lighter than expected. The guitar bag and cord were a really pleasant surprise too!

I love this bass
Everything I was hoping for. This is my first fretless bass, i wasn’t expecting it being different from playing fretted Basses but it is definetly going to take some practice as a newbie. I’m really happy that this was affordable also as other options are few and far between for lefty’s and some far too expensive
