Good Value, but new problem
Good value. Still learning all that it will do in sync with smart phone. Only "cons" are the poorly written instructions and the erratic response when lifting my arm to see the time; that is, it does not always turn on the screen as it is suppose to do. You then have to tap the single function "dot" to get the screen to appear.1/16/2018 Addition: The running and biking GPS tracking functions suddenly do not work properly. Been using the "Running" function while running my established route, which is 2.1 miles, and it worked perfectly at first. The last few times the function shows the map and a "crazy" route with the total route being over 4 miles. Today I tried the "Biking" function and it did the same "crazy" route tracking. It looks like a 3-year old put a crayon on a map and just scribbles lines. Changed rating from 4 Star to 2 Star.

Substantial improvement over FitBit
The four strongest "pros" are its price, its being waterproof - I destroyed two FitBits by reaching my hand into water or oil - and its ease of charging - you pull off the top band and slip the unit into a USB port on your computer while checking your email, and finally its having a battery condition indicator. The two weakest points are that the screen is not bright enough to read in full sunlight, including as a watch, and it can get itself off in part of its programming and be difficult to return to the starting point, just when you want to know what time it is.

Not a very good Fitbit at all
Not a very good Fitbit at all. Had the original expensive one which wore out after only about six months. I really enjoyed it and used it religiously every day. The company did back it and replaced it for free. But the second one I gave to my son to try. He had it and it lasted about two years. I recently started walking again so bought this model instead. Was very disappointed all around. Very confusing to use the menu to start with. Was not very accurate at all. I could walk and it wouldn't count my steps, but if I brushed my teeth it did, so wasn't doing me any good. The final straw was that it kept draining my cell phone every day. After less then a month I threw it in a drawer and let the battery die out just to save my cell phone. I would definitely not recommend this product.

My daughter loves this for school
I bought this for my daughter age 12 being she online schools. This watch & app are user friendly, she didn't need me at all. As you can see by the photos it does way more than I expected! Charges easy! Things she loves so far: alarms, notifications from texts or calls on her phone, find your phone feature, find your watch feature, take a photo, play music, heart rate (she has to for PE assignments). This has been a great purchase for us! The only problem I had, is her iphone keeps disconnecting the bluetooth for some reason, my phone hasn't. I know that's on the phones end, so you do need bluetooth for it to work properly :)She's been playing with the sleep feature now, constantly learning more about it!I'm including many photos because I know I was very curious about it & it has been a nice surprise to have so many features!

Good value for the $$
The tracker does the basics of tracking steps and heart rate well, and I assume that it will do the same for cycling. I simply have not gotten out on my bike with it yet. The monitor doesn't do any advanced functions internally, such as calorie burn. If you are interested in that function, you'll need to sync with the smartphone app, then check it for calories. The one thing I am disappointed in is that the watch and band width are much narrower than I thought they would be. It could easily be a women's tracker, and there is very little difference between it and a similar tracker sold under a different name for women that i purchased for my wife.

Battery won't charge
I am really sad and frustrated. This was a gift for my mom and it worked great and got her motivated!!! Once the battery died it won't charge unless I hold it at a certain angle. I tried every USB in the house. I will re-order and hope I got a dud and up date my review.

Very ugly in real life, broke after three weeks, no customer service. Don't waste your money.
This was a wholly terrible product. First, yeah, the picture is purple, but it doesn't make clear how completely bright a purple it is, and it's pretty darned purple. Second, three weeks after buying it, it stopped holding a charge. We called customer service three times, never got to a human being, were forced to leave messages three times, and never got a call back. Don't buy this trash.

Two-thumbs up!
I'm enjoying my fitness tracker. Had it for about 3 weeks now. Battery lasts about 5 - 7 days on a full charge. It looks really sleek (people have mistaken it for a Fitbit) and it's lightweight. I have worn it alongside my old Fitbit and my iPhone and it gave me very similar readings so that's good. I've taken a shower with it too and it was fine. Two things though, wish the screen was dim-able especially at night when i'm tossing around trying to sleep :-) and i wish the app had a community feature with challenges, groups, adventures and races to keep us motivated and excited. Hopefully, that will happen soon and then i can change my star-rating to 5. I think it was a great buy. I am enjoying it!.
