Using steps: use the hot spray steamer or hot towel attaining face 3-5 minutes to open the pores. Choose the beauty tips and install it. Press the power button and choose level suction pressures. Hold and move it back and forth;1-2 minutes will be recommended if you use it for the first time. Why no suction for blackhead acne pores please remember to have a face steamed &hot shower, or use blackhead peel off mask to open your pores & relax skin before using. It might not work if your facial pores are closed or your skin is firm why i got bruise & red spot after using if you leave machine in same area over 3 seconds, it may leave bruise & red spot because of strong suction pressure; so never leave machine in one area over 3 seconds what should i do if i am not careful to get bruise & red spot please use cool water or cold mask (put your normal facial mask on refrigerator) to close pores& shrink your skin ,it could help eliminate bruise or red spots in some ways. Good product
Received the product on earlier this week in good packing. The build quality is good. I liked it.It came with a charger cable for charging with adequate length. I immediately read through the instructions to use it for black head removal. The suction was decent at medium and higher speeds and I felt good after the use. One thing to take care is not to stop at a given point when using it at higher speeds. It also has multiple suction shapes that can help with other angles. Overall I am happy with this purchase. One thing that I still must explore is the thermocol inserts. They probably could be reused after each use.

Very good product as well as very easy to use. It works perfectly, removing blackheads and whiteheads well without damaging the skin. It can be easily carried anywhere, its battery backup is also very good. I recommend this product.
