Very functional, Great quality
My review is based on the 1st gen purchased @ $35. The current listing is for a newer model of the bag. Judging by the photos the quality looks similar. The zipper pulls are exactly the same.1 month update: The rubber on one of the zipper pulls broke off. Only issue so far.2 month update: The rubber on almost all the zipper pulls broke. I'm going to replace the zipper pulls since the bag has proven itself well other than this aspect.14 month update: This bag is a beast. I took it to Puerto Rico last month (barely got out of there) and it held up well. I have been using it daily for my commute to work the past year. It's proven to be very versatile for my needs. My backpack was just delivered today so I haven't put it to use yet. I'm very pleased with it though. I'm going to be using it for a week trip to Maui to avoid checking any luggage. The attachable bags are so handy. I've already put my gopro gear (camera, head mount, chest mount, 2x batteries, charger) into the rear pouch, along with extra cell phone battery, charger, 10,200mAh portable charger, another small camera + battery and charger, earbuds, and sleep mask. There's still room so I'm sure I'll be adding miscellaneous stuff that I'll want quick access to in the airport. I am using one of the (2) side pouches for my Bose headphones, the hard case that came with the headphones fits perfectly into the pouch. As for the main compartment, it is roomy and I plan on rolling up all my clothes to fit a weeks worth in there. I've done it before with less space so this won't be an issue for me. The secondary large compartment is the perfect size for an extra pair of shoes. I wear men's 10.5 and they fit with room to spare. Overall, the bag feels rugged and has some weight to it which I like. I'm used to school backpacks and this is a big step up in terms of quality and functionality. The zippers are heavy duty and the material feels like it will hold up for a long time to come. I will update my review if anything changes, again I just got it today. Can't wait to use it! As an fyi, I bought this at full cost and did not receive anything for my review. There were no reviews when I bought this but another bag I was interested in was made by Crazy Ants as well and had good reviews so I took the chance. Glad I did.The only CON I've noticed: The waist strap is unusable for someone my size. I'm 5'10" and size 30 waist. Even at it's tightest it will only accommodate someone with at least a 36" gut. Luckily the waist strap is completely removable and not something I'd see myself using anyways. The chest strap fits well. Also, just an FYI, the interior is all black, but has a design on the material. It's a pattern of assault rifles, "V8", and some symbols I believe to be Chinese. Definitely not my style, but it's the inside so whatever.

The fitment is not good even with strapping adjustments maxed out
Owned for about 5mo.s and 3 hikes in, I'd say its OK. It looks cooler than it works and feels. The fitment is not good even with strapping adjustments maxed out. When the pack is loaded (less than 15lb.s) it sags at the bottom and the pack creates an arch in the center, thus not sitting flush on your back. This is crucial in order to provide comfort and reduce rubbing-fatigue.There were numerous frays, loose threads, and poor stitching (see pics) but none have affected performance that I could tell. The rubber zipper pull was pulled off using only enough force to close/open the zipper. Someone else also mentioned the same thing in their review. The others feel like they could go at anytime. I plan on replacing the pulls with some paracord anyways. The MOLLE webbing is taught and is to spec. I've used multiple MOLLE attachments without issue. The pulls have "V8" on them, there's a tag that reads "Cool Walker", but it's made by Crazy Ants? The interior has a rifle (AK-47) print within the whole interior. Not cons, just noting.I was surprised to find a velcro sealable hole in the top to feed a camelback or similar tube through. Speaking of which, the hole was smaller than the tube so I had to enlarge it.I like that the back MOLLE attachment, when removed, functions as a smaller bag and includes a carrying strap. Neato!Too many straps that are not necessary, just poor design really, that could easily be improved. But I bought it so it obviously wasn't that big of a deal.It looks better than it functions and I gave it three stars because first and foremost, it needs to sit flush on your back and be comfortable. At which, it only does moderately... sadly.

4 bags in 1. Tons of storage. Quality materials. Comfortable to carry.
I go to the gun range 1-2 times a week. I usually take a bag that has all of my gear and safety equipment (ear & eye protection, gloves, hat, targets, clips, cleaning tools, etc). I also take another smaller bag to keep my ammo in. Finally I have to take the gun cases. I usually end up making 2-3 trips back and forth to the car which isn’t ideal. I was looking for a range bag that would be capable of holding everything and wanted it in backpack form to ease the weight when carrying. I’m happy to report this Crazy Ants backpack does all of that plus has room for more (see included video). The fabric feels very durable but only time will tell how it holds up to abuse. It has 2 large compartments in the main bag. The other 3 bags have plenty of storage space as well and are removable. The long narrow bag on the front comes with a shoulder sling (which I didn’t know) and can be carried as a stand-alone bag on your shoulder or across body. The zippers are thick with pull strings on them. It comes with an American flag and first aid moral patch. Other reviewers complained about the shoulder straps being narrow but that wasn’t my findings at all(see pictures). Maybe Crazy Ants updated their design. Overall, I’m very pleased with the backpack. I’ll update this review if I encounter any issues in the future.
