What a shame about the incorrect grammar: "Users of this car park do so...". Do what? There's no verb in the first part of the sentence. It could be corrected in many ways, e.g. "Customers using this car park do so..." or "Patrons of this car park use it...". As it is, it's plain wrong and I'd be embarrassed to display it.
