I have been using the griddle in my commercial restaurant and it’s just not good.1) sharp edges. I have cut myself multiple times while cleaning.2) inconsistent heat. Sometimes the heat is blasting and sometimes there is nothing- spend the extra and get a safe to use with consistent heat.

Good but damaged
Arrived damaged. Box was not, So it seems it was packed and shipped that way. Otherwise a product looks very good quality and very strongly built except for the damage to the bottom and rear right corner area that’s bent I contacted the seller And they seem pleasant. Promised refund.

Griddle
I am not sure if this griddle is used or new. ( I ordered new) It has no warranty card, no info on how to use , the plug was not wrapped. I am just disappointed in the presentation out of the box. :(

Got to learn heat settings wide open is 300. Way to hot so learning as we go. But works great.

Overall great unit.
It's hard to be bias or against it since we have never had one before. The temperature dial is set in Celsius is really the only thing I don't care for, It would be more beneficial if it were in farinheit but it still gets the job done.

Great product
I purchased this countertop griddle for home use. I have used it multiple times for stir fry and for making breakfast. It is a good size griddle and easy to use.
