Given the choice, I would not buy these again. They are very cheaply made, and came with MANY scratches, flaws and bubbling paint. They also have rows of screws/nuts that stick out all the way across the fronts of the beds with no covers of any kind, both a safety hazard and unsightly. Should have spent a little more for a quality product.

Very sturdy bed. Took a long time to set up. BUT that is also factoring in I had to dismantle two other beds in the process of setting up my kids room. Was missing one of the pieces which was a plastic end cap for one of the support poles but was able to wrap it in tape because in the end it's not visible. It's mainly so that the support poles don't jiggle around inside of a hole. Strongly suggest using a drill with a bit that fits the hexagonal shape otherwise your hands will be hurting from Allen wrench. My kids loved it.

I got it with the package half destroyed and the frames rusted!! I should get some of my money back as a discount cause I wasn’t gonna waste time to try and repack and send something heavy back! I’m a disabled person and can’t barely carry it!

Pieces mislabeled. Putting it together and the leader was 1/4" off. Had to use a rachetet strap to get the ladder on with all screws in place. Terrible instructions. Seems sturdy. Frame is bigger than a standard twin mattress so mattress isn't terribly snug.

I absolutely love the sleek profile of this bunkbed , I was able to put it together mostly by myself aside from stacking. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts were labeled really nicely! Thanks for an amazing product.

The bed has quality control issues. The painted metal is not entirely painted evenly and stratches and nicks from shipping.

Was pretty easy to put together, customer service responded quickly to my email. She is very happy with her new bed.

Laughable - just opened the box and there are no instructions or screws included. I am scratching my head. Can someone please help or respond? Am i missing something?
