Purchased this brewer for use in our RV. It is almost impossible to find a 12 cup brewer short enough to fit within a 12" RV cabinet opening. At 11-3/4" this brewer will just fit. It has all the typical features you expect such as program start (aka delay start), 2 hour auto shut off, clock, and a wire mesh brewing basket. When you lift the brewer's lid the drip head is automatically lifted up and out of the way, which is much easier than having to push the drip head left or right before you can add or remove the solid brewing basket. To be a 5-star product, it would need a count-down display for the 2-hour auto shut-off, a larger diameter drip head, and an adjustable keep-warm hot plate. I found you can compensate for the small drip head by putting a paper filter inside the wire-mesh basket which further confines the coffee grinds brewing surface to a smaller area.This brewer makes a consistent flavored cup of coffee, it is lite weight, has good countertop friction pads, and a wide mouth carafe for easy cleaning. This is a product I would buy again.

We have had fancier coffeemakers and they are difficult to clean. This is a good basic unit that simply makes coffee. I have a height restriction under my cabinets and this is one of a few machines that will fit.

This is an ok coffee maker- it gets the job done. But it makes a lot of noise as it is brewing and is flimsy.

Its me and my husband although we only use 4oz. this coffee maker is great and I love it. It works how it's suppose to and love the reusable filter wish the viewing window was on both sides. but other then that it's great.

We've been pleased with this coffee maker. The coffee turns out great. It's easy to clean. The only issue I have is seeing the indicator on the side of the coffee maker when I'm filling it with water. We have limited counter space and where we need to place the maker it's difficult to see the water level indicator. But that is minor and I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Love it no paper filters, would of have it 5 stars to clean but have to be careful with screen so have to be extra careful so don't try to clean half a sleep or you'll be buying new one, was not sure about it when took out of box really light thin plastic, but makes a great cup of coffee, takes about 11 minutes to brew full pot, really happy with it so far

It’s an ok coffee maker For the price but the red “on” light quit working after only a few uses. So you don’t know if it is on or not. Wanted to return it but it was past the return date

Love love love my coffee maker . No paper filters to worry about , no grains in my coffee and just great tasting coffee . Haven’t used the programming part but I just press the button and that’s it. Love that I can pour coffee while it’s still brewing and not have to worry about coffee dripping on the hot plate and it’s quiet .
