Very smooth, light and mild
This coffee is smooth and very mild. Unfortunately too much so for my liking. The flavor is fruity with some floral notes. The body is light without much depth. I agree with another reviewer, I thought the acidity was high - but I am not a professional cupper. The roast is definitely on the lighter side of 'medium' - no oiIs and may explain the high acidity. I do not like over roasted coffee (e.g., Starbucks/Peet's etc) and I typically only buy Colombian beans/single origin/medium roast. So while the other reviews put me on the 'wrong' side of this coffee, I respect the subjectivity of coffee appeal and will move on in my quest for the perfect cup of Joe.

I would recommend this coffee to anyone who like a smooth coffee with out any hard tones to it. Very nice indeed.
This is one of the best coffees I have had in some time. It reminds me of a great small batch coffee I used to be able to get from Maui. It really is a beautiful smooth blend that is hard to beat. the bag size is larger than others so the price is not necessarily more than competitors, you just get more coffee with it. I read reviews of the ground coffee that were not that great. i don;t understand why because the bean coffee is spectacular in my opinion and I have drank coffee all over the world from Russia and Turkey to Japan and Bora Bora as well as many South American countries. I would recommend this coffee to anyone who like a smooth coffee with out any hard tones to it. Very nice indeed. Keep up the great work at your coffee farm!!

Accurate description, delicious coffee
I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.I am a moderately snobbish coffee drinker and I must say these beans are fantastic. I rotate between using a Hario V60, a Chemex, and the Kalita Wave for brewing my coffee, and currently the Wave is my favorite brew method so that is all I have used with this coffee.Using a ratio of 21 grams of coffee to 330 grams of water in the Kalita Wave coffee dripper produces a wonderfully warm, smooth, chocolatey cup of coffee. The Description of the coffee above is very accurate - I have been able to consistently brew an intensely aromatic, delicious cup of coffee with low acidity that I have been quite pleased with. Will buy again.

Cup of Joe
Overall: This brewed an okay cup of coffee. At first i was impressed with it but then the rest of the morning i had a bitter after taste. I would not buy these again. When i opened the bag i was happy to see the lack of shine on the beans. Shiny beans mean that the beans were roasted too long and is a popular method in too many coffee houses.Method: I used a burr mill grinder to grind these to a coarse setting, brewed in a french press for 4 minutes with water that is at a temperature just lower than boiling.Flavor: I typically enjoy a darker roast bean over a medium roast. Not as heavy as a dark roast.Summary: The bottom line is I did not pay full price on this bag and I would not pay $20 for another bag.I was given a discount on this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

I have always enjoyed Columbian coffee
I have always enjoyed Columbian coffee, and I have tried many different brands. My first taste of this coffee was pure delight. Wonderful, rich flavor, with a lingering note of caramel. So pleasant, it's almost like having dessert. I bought 2 more bags.

I like a deeper flavored cup of joe
I like a deeper flavored cup of joe. This is a bit too mild for my taste. This coffee has a faint chocolatey taste. My hubby is into chocolate so it worked for him.** received for review and inspection purposes **

Perfect if you like a mild coffee flavor
This coffee is ok...I generally prefer a darker blend and was cautiously optimistic when it arrived and said medium blend. The beans are lighter in color and seem dry. I used a 1 to 1 coffee/water ratio and the brewed coffee came out slightly darker than tea. The taste is ok. Perfect if you like a mild coffee flavor. Overall, not for me but an ok coffee. Package arrived quickly and was packaged well. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.
