Received used machine
The media could not be loaded. Bought a new machine and received it last week.1st problem was the case not clasping, seller says I have to adjust it.2nd problem was it doesn’t sew correctly and I thought just needed adjusting like instructions say might be an issue from shipping. Sewing machine repair guy showed me where nuts are rubbing metal, outer presser foot is at a slant and won’t go back and forth with the presser foot. The presser foot is not rocking back and forth at all! These things are not due to shipping. You can see old oil, scratches and paint chips on almost every edge/corner. Spent $90 for the repair guy to come out and tell me all this.Now, I’m a seamstress with a very large Consew walking foot cylinder arm that I personally rebuilt on my own including adjustments. This Rex had extra parts for zigzag so I had repair guy come out so I would have it professionally adjusted.I’m hopeful they will take a return and I can go to a sewing machine store and actually put my hands on a walking foot to buy.It was worth a try.

My first heavy machine
Was exactly what I wanted. No problem setting it up, oiling it and getting it to sew. It's not loud as far as I can tell. I am new to this, I have done very little sewing over the years with an old 1970 singer. I plan on a new singer and I wanted this one for heavy leather and canvas work. which works as expected with the types of material I use which is canvas and leathers.

DOES NOT HOLD ITS ADJUSTMENTS!
DO NOT BUY!!! This machine is a piece of crap.Save your money and step up to a Salerite. This is a poor quality knock off.
