Basic set if tabs fit my needs for moderate dent repair.
I watched several videos before purchasing this product and feel it is a good basic starter set for minor repairs. It fit the job well.

It's all about the glue.
This tool works fine. Was able to remove one dent 95 percent. Another couple of dents were improved about 75 percent. Still have more work to do on these dents. The problem is not this puller but the glue. I have tried 4 types of glue. Two kinds were professional and expensive. Glue does not hold on small tabs. I have watched a bunch of utube videos. Apparently, most of these videos are the success stories or demonstrations of professional dent pullers. I found that to remove dents 100 percent is much harder than is shown in these videos.. Also, you have to be careful with this tool because it can pull the dent too far out.

Solid
I used this to pull a large shallow dent in my lower rear quarter panel. It worked well in removing a majority of the dent. Used this in conjunction with another puller tool set I bought from Amazon. Withstood some good forceful pulls. It's smaller than a standard slide hammer you would use for pulling hubs. Pretty good tool for only $20. My only issue is that the threads came loose while using. Had to tighten it all together a few times.

Doesn't work for me
May work on the flatter dents where the sheet metal is not attached to anything nearby the dent. I tried it on a corner of the plastic bumper where it was relatively flat. The bumper is attached to struts behind the plastic so it didn't pop back to shape. It probably only works for a limited set of dents under certain conditions.

Good enough for novice...light duty pro
Glue is key, also use the right tip size AND technique. You will not be a master your first try. I'd consider also buying a set of knock down pins and a hammer...watch some Youtube videos on dent removal too...it's not the product's fault you suck.
