This is the worst product I have ever used , this products doesn't even worth a ruppee , actually message is looting us in the name of technology ( make coffee using mobile phone ) but the bitter truth is that the app doesn't work , sometimes the e connected mug unpairs from the app , and even doesn't get paired , it's your luck if it gets paired again , sometimes e connected mug doesn't connected with the app.. customer care is worst it's closed on Saturdays and Sundays .. Also don't go on the size of machine , its only 210ml At last it does not matter how busy you are , how much modern you are , and how much you love coffee , you cannot buy this "Danna"for rs 6499.Regards

I found this machine doesn't produces Froth and also we can't put ice while making cold coffee, one must put the chilled milk itself. Also I found this product costly because the taste provided by the machine is not upto the mark. Infact this machine is costly only due to fuctions like Bluetooth. I also found that the quantity of the mug is very less (200ml).

I’ve waited two days before writing this by the virtue of insecurities I possess, when it comes to seemingly cool gadgets. I had to know if it’s just a gimmick or is it the materialisation of sheer dedication from a coffee company to deliver a product; for people with a penchant for coffee on a clock.The product is easy to pair, the app is amazing, and synchronisation process is easy. The coffee mug and the cradle feel like hard plastic with matte finish(somewhat) but it doesn’t feel cheap . It has good weight and you cannot feel the temperature of the liquid it contains. A fitting example of ingenuity.Buy instant coffee from brands like Davidoff for the best coffee experience. The magic here is in the ingredients you are going to use for the preparation of coffee. The preparation has two modes, one is hot temp mode for coffee and the other is for frappé(you’ll have to put ice in it because there’s no cooling available). Plenty froth (I know you were thinking about it).People who do not have coffee machines and feel the need to have coffee, find themselves using boilers/hot water pots, you cannot add milk because who is cleaning that repulsive white grime and no, you’re not going to use the pan in the kitchen for one cup of coffee (read Bachelors in place of people;)This is a simple fix, it is not complicated and therefore, it’s not as sophisticated too. It’s a good alternative, period.People who really love coffee should go for NESCAFÉ dolce gusto(around ₹12000) because it is the best product in this arena. The only problem is that the coffee pods are costly and people who don’t mind shelling out 6000 bucks for pods should buy that instead of this.I’m nitpicking here when I say that this product needs a chill mode for cold beverages, and ₹4000 is a suitable price for this product. I have reviewed it for you, wait for the price drop. Cheers!!!P.S. there’s a cleaning mode in the app too. You have to add detergent, water, and rinse it with cold water after it has cleaned itself

Worst device ever , it neither makes to hot coffee nor makes a good coffee, if u even loose a single part of it , sorry bro u have to buy a new device since no spare parts are available ,I know this since I called the customer care of Nescafe and they said they will inform me whenever spare parts are available ,it's been 7months but I didn't got any notification....Better don't waste ur hard earned money....I bought this product even after reading the negative reviews since I thought all of them were wrong....Don't repeat my mistake 😂😆😆...

The machine is really easy to use and gives a good variety of coffees to chose from. It would have been better if price would have been little low !

There is a serious problem with the product compatibility with iOS. I have an iPhone XS Max, try as I might, I could not pair the product with my phone. Downloaded the APP from Apple Store, and tried for 3 days to pair it. 3 out of 5 times (statistically speaking, since I tried at least 30 or more times), the APP showed "No devices to be paired". The balance times, when the device did show up, though I followed every step (I mean how complicated is pairing a device to a smartphone), the device did not pair with the phone.Sent an e-mail to the Nescafe Customer Care, but received no reply for 2 days, except to ask me for my phone number.Now, this product is just a simple frother without the APP, as no temperature adjustments can be made directly.Returned the product 3 days after purchase.

Fell for the hype around the product...and of course the brand. But it is really not worth the price and the hype. First off all....what you get is a cup of warm coffee....not hot....just warm. You can't add sugar when making coffee....and by the time you add sugar and mix after making the coffee....it will turn to cold coffee. The product talks about making cold coffee as well...but that's if you add cold milk...so what's the point? The only plus is that it saves time...but when you want that one perfect cup of coffee first thing in the morning...this is a major let down. I am happy doing it old school....on the gas stove. Sorry Nescafe...but didn't expect such a substandard product!
