Fantastic Home Office Chair
It's so hard finding a good home chair at a decent price but this one pretty much ticks all the boxes. Back is good with good amount of lumbar support [check] plus it is curved just enough so your midback and shoulders are supported too. Seat cushion has decent cushioning [check] plus it is has extra cushioning to elevate/support your legs right behind your knee (see second photo). Arms have a ton of padding plus you can flip them up so you can slide the chair under your desk for better positioning when needed. In terms of adjustments, it is simple with being able to adjust height (good amount), ability to tilt back when needed and adjust the tilt tension (I am 6ft for reference). It was super simple to put together and took about 15 mins by myself.But honestly, their customer support has to be the best part of this chair. I contacted the seller when I needed some help with a minor issue & they responded within one business day. They were incredibly accommodating and they were able to provide me with multiple solutions to make me a happy customer. It feels good knowing they will be there in the future if I needed them.

Cheap materials- be prepared to replace all the wheels
One of the wheels on this chair broke the very first time the chair was used. The plastic components on the wheels was very thin and I have no idea how it is expected to support the weight of an average sized teenager.

Squeaks a lot
It is very stylish and is comfortable but after about two weeks it SQUEEZED and squeaks constantly, it’s annoying

Satisfied
This chair looks great.The seat looks super cushiony, but flattens within weeks of use. Not horrible, but not great. Had to get a back support pillow. I believe this is because I am height challenged (5'4")

My mom loves it
Got it for my mom for her birthday, she loves it! It doesnt recline just FYI. My mom likes that it doesnt, but if thats something you want this isnt the chair for you.

Cool design
I loved how the chair looks modern and clean. Although my chair came damaged due to shipping issues, their customer service was able to help me in an efficient manner, and was overall able to satisfy my compensation!

Waste of Money.
This chair sways and some of the screws doesn't fit.When you sit on it, it leans forward. There is no option to adjust the back rest. Waste of money. I'm going back to my old chair.
